I just received this today and it is not what I thought it would be. Just lifting the box it was way too light. So not a heavy duty bench but rather a nice decoration. Definitely not worth the money. Itâs not a real 2×8 on the bench like how it looks in the picture. Unfortunately I ripped the box upon opening so I just assembled it and will find something else for it besides it being a bench outside my front door to sit on. I am pretty skinny so I can sit on it no problem but if you weigh anywhere above 200lbs it might break in half. It is a nice looking bench but thatâs about it. Itâs pretty much a prop of an actual real bench

Decent for the price. Read this if your screws don’t align with holes.
It’s an OK bench. Made of real wood for the price is reasonable. Don’t expect the best quality, heavy duty product.A few reviewers mentioned that the screws and holes don’t align for the bottom shelf. If so, that’s because the legs were not installed correctly. Follow step 1 of the instruction carefully and ensure the flushed sides of the legs face inwards and all will be well. I had the same problem and contacted the seller and they were able to provide the solution.Two of the 4 black metal brackets were missing a screw hole also, but those brackets are really not necessary, especially for the bottom shelf. So it’s OK.

It’s made of cheap wood. If you plan to use this bench a lot, go with another option. It is too cheap and of poor quality. It can only be used for decorations. The holes on the bottom don’t match the holes on the legs. I couldn’t fix it, so itâs even more for decoration.

Not that easy to put together.the reinforcing screws re not pre drilled and the wood is hard. Holes have to be drilled or made with a punch. Took much more than 10 minutes to assemble but I love it! Very happy with it
