Comfortable and worth the price!
I’m very happy with this sleeper sofa bed. The design is practical because it works as a comfortable sofa a chaise lounge and a pull out bed when needed. The pullout mechanism is smooth and easy to use which makes it perfect for guests. I really like the reversible chaise because it allows flexible placement depending on the room layout. The built in storage is very convenient for blankets and pillows. The USB ports and cup holders are great modern features that make relaxing even more comfortable. The suede leather looks stylish and feels durable. Overall this sofa is functional comfortable and perfect for apartment living.

Bad quality, broke down after 7 months…
I am very unhappy with this purchase. The sofa “looked nice” at first, but unfortunately, after 7 months it broke. The frame at the bottom of the couch is not good quality. Part of the frame came through the black lining of the couch at the bottom. Since that happened, the right side of the couch caved in. I have reached out to the seller through Amazon multiple times with no resolution. I always have to wait 2-3 business for someone to contact me… I also paid for Allstate, in case something happened to the sofa. I initially reached out to Allstate and they said that I could not file a claim and should reach out to the seller, because the sofa should still be covered under warranty. Meanwhile, the seller will not accept a return and has not initiated contact to resolve the issue. This is unfair. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Comfortable Couch, Poorly Made, Cheap Service
After I finally got the couch together, it’s very comfortable and nice, but problems beforehand. The holes were drilled off the mark, one of them by almost an inch. I asked their customer service if they could replace one part, and showed them pictures. They kept asking me to show them more pictures, so I gave them pics of several angles. Then they wanted me to circle and mark the places where the problem is (smh). It was pretty obvious, but it seemed like they were playing dumb. Finally they told me, to get another person, to hold it, while I had to force the screws from an angle and make it work. Hard to explain here, but I eventually made it work, but it wasn’t easy. Also there was a little cover tarp thing that showed it the assembly pic, that I never got. I told them, and again they played dumb, and I didn’t want to go through the ordeal again, so I just accepted what I got. So if you don’t have bad luck, and the couch is properly made, it’s a 5 star couch for the money, otherwise…

Perfect size
This was the perfect size for our small basement apartment. It pulls out for a bed and has great storage. It’s very easy to convert into a bed and very comfortable. The charging port, side pockets, and cupholders make this the perfect couch for our tiny space. It’s nice to have an extra bed down there when it’s needed.

Pretty easy assembly, was missing one of the pullout sleeper wheels.Back cushions have virtually no padding but are the same size of a queen bed pillow so I added a pillow to each, much more comfortableNot the most comfortable couch but looks pretty decent!

Everybody proof
This couch has really impressed me. I’ve had it for a few months and was a bit skeptical at first. I thought the materiel would maybe be a problem as it felt soft and thin. I have dogs and worried they would tear the materiel with their nails. NOPE. They rough house on it all the time while I’m yelling at them to get off and not a single tear. I’m really mostly impressed with the materiel. Not only has it withstood the rough housing I don’t allow but the dogs do anyways, it’s easy to clean and lifts about anything. Muddy paws on the couch, cleans right up! My boyfriend accidentally spilled a whole glass of red wine. The red wine came right up! My dog decided to find a sharpie and create artwork all over the couch, the sharpie ink came right up!! Best friend spilled paint on the couch, came right up! I’m about to not let a soul touch this couch anymore as I’m tired of cleaning it up, but at least it can be cleaned!!

Poorly made. Do not recommend.
Poorly made. The couch cushions come vacuum sealed so you’re thinking “oh they just need some time to puff up.” However, it’s clear they are not going to. They are floppy like a damn tortilla, no joke. The pieces do not align together, it takes forever and a half to put together and it’s not very comfortable. Purchased for the bed and storage capabilities/size for our RV. I will not be going through the hassle of returning after I’ve already put it together, so it is what it is. Overall, do not recommend
