Good quality
This couch is great quality for being a couch ordered off amazon.Pros: The material is better than expected, color is great, fairly easy to assemble (definitely requires 2 people to click everything in place), and it was delivered super fast. I was also nervous about it being a pull out and how sturdy the storage areas would be but they are built SO WELL and super sturdy.Cons: I wish the back cushions were a little thicker, but that can easily be fixed by adding a few throw pillows for extra comfort. Itâs not UNcomfortable, but I just like more backing plush than it provides. Some pieces were tricky to click in.Comfort: the couch is firm, but very comfortable. Itâs not a plushy squishy couch, but still comfortable being as firm as it is!Overall, it was worth every penny for what you get!!!

Itâs not as comfortable as my last couch but it was a really expensive couch. This one is very affordable and wouldnât call it uncomfortable. Everyone in the family really likes it and the functionality of it. Itâs easily convertible and I like the options. Iâll probably buy another seat and ottoman to make it a bit bigger. Itâs sturdy but Iâve definitely warned my daughters about roughhousing on it as it wonât be able to handle any real abuse. I was worried what my wife would think as this was a surprise for her but she really likes it too. The storage is a hit and I like the style of pull out. It pulls out super smooth and easily in just a couple of seconds. We use it as a giant bed often while watching movies. The zippers are really smooth and effortless and the cushions arenât just fill. They also have Velcro to keep them in place which works well.

Genuinely love the couch! I even bought an extra seat and use it as a foot rest. Itâs good quality and super comfortable! I like the color a lot. Itâs a lovely velvet black and just goes so well with my home. I will say it was slightly smaller than I wouldâve thought but honestly I think it actually worked out best because I think it fits the space better than I was expecting so a super plus! Wasnât missing any parts and really easy to put together! Very simple ! Highly recommend! I also got it on sale and it was worth every dollar spent!

Functional and comfy
Shipping confused me. Came in 7 boxes over three day period. (No signiture needed thankfully). Vendor was very helpful in communication. Covers come off easily and are washable thank God. Assembly is a breeze. It’s firm and well made and fully modular. I intend on purchasing additional seating and extending this couch to allow more than 3 people. Value- wise : not bad at all considering how expensive couches are these days. Not sure if you can do much better for 1200$. Thanks.

Nice, but the fabric pills
It was delivered just fine…some damage to the boxes, but everything inside was still in good condition. All pieces/boxes arrived at the same time too. It took two people to assemble it and the directions are fairly easy to follow.It’s been about a month that we’ve had it. We use it almost daily, have two small and energetic dogs, and we’ve had two family gatherings. It makes me a little nervous if anyone’s too rough with it (jumps on it, leans on it, etc) but so far it’s held up.The two things that bother me about the sectional is the fabric isn’t very durable. It is pilling a lot… Like a LOT. Also, the back cushions are extremely soft and already look lumpy/misshapen. There are large gaps between the back cushions.I don’t know how long the cushions will last but I’m hoping I can get at least a year out of it… It is functional with the storage under the seats and the pull out extension is very handy.

Ugh I’m so upset. First of all I’m missing two pieces and I was told to open a claim with FedEx. I never purchased a couch online and I was very skeptical to do so. I relied on the positive reviews.. I knew this sectional was going to be pretty small however I was fine with that since reviews said it was comfy.THIS SECTIONAL IS NOT COMFORTABLE!! :'( it’s extremely firm!Of course I threw out my old couch and the boxes to this one so I can’t even return it. I’m soo upset ! This feels like such a waste of money. You’re better off going in stores to buy a couch.

A last the perfect couch to fit the whole family! and it looks fantastic.plus: velvet is so easy to clean, lots of storage, many configurations possible, easy to assemble, very comfortable (despite some reviews saying too hard) and so stylish!minus: the back of the couch does not go all the way to the top of the cushions and those cushions seem a bit flimsy. It is still super confortable and not a problem at all but I wonder if in the future it might become one. But I love this couch so much that I will simply replace the inside with a high quality foam.love love love this couch!
