Decent Quality Couch, Horrible Shipping Experience
Pretty easy to put together. Fits great in my small apartment. The back cushions need more stuffing in them, but that’s not too big of a deal. The bottom cushions are firm & don’t need any extra stuffing. Arrived 6 days early.Figured I would put it out there in case anyone else experiences the same issue, but FedEx was not careful at all. There was a hole in the box, which caused there to be a rip in the fabric at the bottom corner of the couch, that I had to super glue back on. My box was also left in the rain, which seeped through the hole in the box & due to fabric protective covering instead of plastic protective covering, my couch had wet spots & had to immediately be taken out the box to air out. There was also huge black shoe prints on the foam protective wrapping around the couch. As well as black rips all over the foam as well. So the couch itself is decent. But the shipping was horrendous

I absolutely love this couch. It is comfortable and I love the cup holders on each end as well as the charging port! The storage underneath is also a plus especially if you live in a smaller apartment giving you extra storage space hidden away.

Shipping was confusing
I like the couch. The color is beautiful. It was fairly easy to put together. The back cushions seem pretty thin, we will see if they puff up. The delivery was a nightmare! It was sent through a shipping company and the directions to actually get the couch were hard to figure out. It took over an extra week and I had to track it down and go pick it up at a transfer station.

Very quick assembly (with electric screwdriver vs. included wrench).Pros:1. Seat cushions very solid with no “sinking” in (after minutes, not days, of re-flating)2. Velvet fabric texture; feels solid.3. The whole thing is very stable.4. Lifting of the seat to access storage is spring assisted. Unexpected.5. Price with coupon – $275 – for 2025 – seemed reasonable.6. Assembly is Ikea-like – all screws the same size.Cons:1. Back cushions after some hours still not puffed out – hopefully after some days?2. The bottom two pieces, that are not bearing, not quite square when inserting as the last step.3. Little piece of metal poking through (see photo 2) – not major – just hrmm.

Excellent color and material. Was a huge surprise on the quality and comfort. Seat depth is ideal as well. Only very minor issue is the choice in the bottom of the storage area seems like it will bow over time.
