Very Impressive & Simple
It’s absolutely amazing how far technology has come but we all know there’s products on the market that just don’t live up to their claims. This TCL lock works perfectly though. I liked the minimist design compared to others that just don’t have a tidy and orderly appearance. Installation was simple and the same as most other smart locks. I’m extremely impressed with how well the sensors work and have had no issues as of the time or writing this. Quality is good but I will say it could use a more robust exterior to make it more secure. No issues with connectivity dropping and everything hooked up easily. Lock functions great, its smooth and in my experience so far, very reliable. TCL as a whole I feel has always put out good value products and I would say this one is no different.

Awesome upgrade from traditional lock and key!
This electronic door lock is a significant upgrade from the traditional lock and key. It comes with two key cards, two physical keys, a punch-in code option, and a palm-opening feature, offering multiple secure and convenient access options. The key cards are especially convenient. We donât have to deal with stuck keys like we experienced with our old lock.The app allows me to lock or unlock the door remotely, add multiple users with unique codes, and easily assign admin privileges. Installation was quickâwe simply removed the old lock. It came with all the necessary hardware and fit perfectly into the existing lock hole, so no cutting was required. The app is user-friendly and includes QR codes that link to different user functions, along with video instructions. The lock itself is sleek, modern, and looks great on our door. Highly recommend!

Requires PIN for google home
Everthing works, and connects to google home howevet it requires a PIN that i don’t know, i tried my google PIN and lock passwords but it does not work, has anybody run into this problem?

Works great! Especially for those with dry hands!
I was getting increasingly frustrated with my August Lock. The connect device was always malfunctioning and needed something to replace it.I often have trouble unlocking things with my finger print as my hands are super dry as I get older. I usually need to lick my finger to get it moist to unlock, unsanitary for sure. I saw this touchless system and figured I would give it a go.It works very well dry hands or not, I can unlock my door without touching anything. Quite amazing, I no longer have to lick my dirty fingers to get in my house.Also a pleasant surprise is the rechargable battery. I’m used to replacing 4x AAA with the August Lock but no longer need to do that. Very convenient. There is also an emergency usbc power port in case you ever are locked out and the battery is dead. Another feature that is great. I would be locked out if my August Lock ran out of batteries.
