So far, we love our new recliner sofa. The sofa was delivered over two days, with 5 cartons arriving one day and 1 arriving the next day (as noted in the description). The color was perfect (we chose cream) and the leather is soft and of quality material (the faux leather areas match very well). The power controls are responsive and we like that they are located on the outside of the arms. The headrest functions independently of the foot rest and a cancel button puts all back to default position.The challenge came in the setup. This is really a two person job as the components are heavy and unwieldy. The primary issue was in locking in the backs to the top and bottom. The brackets are small and are not easy to maneuver especially alone. The other issue with this design is these brackets can separate easily when you pickup the sofa to move it around. This may become a bigger problem over time. The only way to install it initially and get it back together easily is with two people.In the meantime, it is now in place and we are enjoying it a lot.

Brown has an orange undertone!
Purchased a brown loveseat without the console. I am 5’7″. Would be a 5-star review, but the brown leather has an orange undertone. Had I known, I would have purchased the blue. I could return it, but my shipping expense would be as much or more than the loveseat. The loveseat is comfy and soft enough. I never thought I would use the head-adjustment button because I cannot stand to have my head pushed forward. Well, I use it all the time and am very happy to have it. It needs a bit of lumbar support, but that isn’t a deal-breaker. If I were on my own, I would have been in a pickle trying to set it up. Definitely a 2-person job and 1 of you needs long arms and strength. Put it together where you want it to sit. The way the seats fit together isn’t ideal. If you have to lift it to move it, the seat sections will probably separate, although they can be reconnected. Very happy with it so far. If the motors don’t hold up, I will be one unhappy camper.

Very nice quality and buttery leather. I read a lot of reviews which helped with assembly, otherwise may have been an issue. The seats are very firm – a little more cushion would be better. 4.5 stars if it is an ootion.
