Nice and sleek looking sofa. The directions were not very clear, luckilyit came mostly assembled! It was packaged well in 5 different boxes that arrived at different times. The reclining features works well and the massage feature is useful to have. So far I am pleased with the sofa.

Great sofa, with caveats
Love this sofa! So comfortable and it was easy to assemble. However, I do have two caveats. First, I agree with a previous reviewer that the “massage” function is worthless. It vibrates at the middle of my back. For me, it would be much nicer if it vibrated at my lower back. Second, it was delivered with 8 bolts but assembly required 16 bolts and 8 wedge nuts. The good news is I was able to buy the missing nuts and bolts at Home Depot AND the company reimbursed me immediately after I contacted them. Great customer support.

Comfortable and elegant design
This recliner is exceptionally well made with very comfortable and soft seating. The material upholstery is good quality with clean stitching and very easy to clean. The color is dark brown and even and provided a great aesthetic look of my media room. It comes with 3 seating capacity but it can also be installed with 2 seats. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and all the accessories required came with it. The manual reclining feature works flawlessly and it also has USB ports for charging and in built massagers in the chairs
