Sturdy, Takes time to put together
The bed is gorgeous and is so study. Love that there are 4 drawers and 4 cubby spots on the sides,has 2 cabnets that are like hidden compartments on the head board , makes for quick easy storage. The price was good for the quality of the bed frame. It is easy to assemble BUT it did take hours to put together bc there are a lot of pieces that go into this frame making it sturdy, so it’s best to put it together on a weekend or when you have time to put into it. Performance is so good it is so sturdy and I have two teens you just jump and plop down on my bed and it has held up and doesn’t make and noises when getting into and out of bed. The LEDs make for a good nightlight and just set a relaxing tone to the room when you just need to whine down for the day or just want to relax and read. Took us about 4 hours to get it together but that’s a small thing to worry about for such a amazing bed.

Mostly happy a few negatives
Ordered this bed after reading many reviews. Shipment came in three boxes a couple of pieces had scratches from damaged box but a black sharpie covered it right up. Wanted something on the floor so I didn’t have to clean under it with storage drawers and wanted to ditch having night stands so the light built in and usb being a part of this bed made it ideal. Yes it took two days to assemble. I also didn’t want to deal with a dust ruffle. The storage in the head board is tall and narrow so I ended up ordering some stacking bins to make better use of the space (pic) The light is not very bright but in white is ok to read by. I also ended up ordering two additional small stick on lights if needed and a charging hub to plug everything in, phones, light for headboard, clock and extra lights (pic). The king size pillows cover up the cord clutter and it looks very nice when the bed is made (pic). Very sturdy bed. 4 out of five stars since the drawers are very small. They could be much deeper. Also the open cubbies is just more to dust and not that practical as I don’t care for clutter sitting around. The price seems pretty high for the extensive amount of assembly. I used one open cubbie to put my little dogs water dish to hide it. I like that with a 16” mattress it is not too tall to climb into bed. I ordered two matching dressers.

Its decent but be prepared for a long assembly.
I thought about giving it a 4, but the only reason was that the instructions weren’t 100% accurate. If you use common sense, though, you’ll be fine. It’s particle board mixed with metal framing, so the bed is pretty sturdy. It doesn’t compare to full metal or solid wood, but it’s still pretty decent. It’s true that it will take at least 10-12 hours to assemble if you’re doing it solo. With help, you can probably cut that time in half. I’d say go for it unless you’re not willing to deal with the workload of assembling it.

GARBAGE BRO
Took me two days to build as I had no help. Half the holes are not predrilled, so you have to apply so much pressure as you screw and they can go in crooked. My hands are bruised and I have a blood blister from the amount of force needed to just screw simple tiny screws in. The little black “Q” screws and “C” pieces strip like nobody’s business and again, you have to apply a crap ton of pressure to get them in without the screwdriver skipping because the phillips head indent is stripping away like its made of clay instead of metal. The drawers are actual trash, they don’t sit right no matter what you do, the runners don’t fit together and they don’t close nicely. Good luck getting the “Y” pieces for the slats in with without a hammer because it’s literally just impossible. It’s sturdy enough for two people to sleep on but I’ll have to be gentle with the shelves and drawers since it’s all the cheapest particle board ever, VERY easy to scratch. It’s not creaky or loud as far as I can tell. I like the height. The shelves are fine, but again, cheap particle board so I wouldn’t risk keeping liquid or beverages on it, since I’m sure itll bubble. If I knew what the building process would be like, I would NEVER have bought this bed. There are so many ways I can think of off the top of my head that this construction could’ve been streamlined and made easier. I couldn’t possibly muster up the energy to disassemble, somehow box up and ship back for a refund though, so as much as I’d like my money back I’ll just put junk I don’t ever use in the drawers, leave this awful review and deal with my poor decision.
