shipping was fairly quick. really love the velvet material and look of the headboard.tool is included, but mostly all of the holes were misaligned so it was hard to screw anything into the holeswas missing several parts and instructions were missing stepsone of the boards with velcro strips was screwed upside down from manufacturer so i flipped it around it’s still uneventhe bed is caving in because they only sent one support board that goes down the middle, not two like is requiredim really disappointed because not only did i waste like 4 hours putting this together because it was so defective, (should have taken only 1.5 hrs MAX) i get to the last step and couldn’t finish because i’m missing essential parts. so this will go out in the dumpster.

Having been using this bed frame for more than 3 months, I don’t have any issues. The quality is solid. It has been very sturdy since it was assembled. The process of assembling it was a bit long, but it’s worth it. There are multiple parts, but following the instruction makes it easy. The headboard looks great. It feels comfortable. It can hold up to 1000LB weight, that’s more than enough. The design is simple, but elegant. The texture feels premium. It’s absolutely worth the money. Recommended.

What a surprise for this very reasonable price comes with an outstanding design bed, not just sturdy but simple neat outlooks. It took less an hour for my husband to put the parts together, very easy instruction to read. There’s no squeaky sound of the bed when you sit on it, that part is the most important one.

DO NOT BUY THIS BEDI bought a queen, they sent me a back frame piece for a full. Amazon said they couldn’t help me, the seller said they couldn’t send me a new piece, but an entire new frame. I asked them if they would make sure I got the right part and they didn’t respond. I had to go to Menards and buy a new frame support and cut it to size.Half of the screws were covered by fabric and I had to cut the fabric frame or remove staples to put it together.It’s flimsy as all get out.It’s absolute garbage. If I wasn’t in desperate need of a frame and spent my last dime on it.This thing will either break or I move, whichever comes first, it’s going in the trash.Splinters EVERYWHERE.Fun fact IF you need to fashion your own parts, get 3/8ths carriage bolts, a 1/3, a coping saw, and a 3/8 bit to drill in the wood.

I bought this bed for my mom because she needed something ASAP and was disappointed, it didn’t come with all of the pieces which really sucked because we needed the bed to be usable that day. there was missing pieces and an entire piece that came labeled as “not for this bed” and the piece we needed to connect the bottom frame that the slats go on didn’t even come with it.
