Good couch, but a bit hard
I bought this couch for my clients and so far they love it, i own a residential facility for handicap men, they love doing movie nights on it, the only complain (that i perosnally have, they love it) is that it feels a bit too hard, idk if is because is new or the material itself, is only in the bottom ones, the ones for the back feel nice. But yeah, is a good couch, definetly worth its price, just a bit hard in my personal opinion.

Customer service is a joke
Couch arrived late, looks very beautiful however once setting up the under track is bent and will not pull out all the way, not to mention very uncomfortable but let alone defective I was told I could ship it back for a refund.. itâs a big sectional out of the box.. no way I can pack and ship this back, customer service was rude and un helpful so here I am stuck with a broken couch

easy to put together
I bought this couch for my small apartment and it’s perfect for our space. the couch is definitely firm but I personally don’t like sinking into a couch. it came in 3 boxes and came earlier than expected. the couch is easy to put together and the material is soft. it took maybe an hour to put together with only one person and it’s pretty self explanatory to build.
