Fit, function, fun!
Considering it is extremely hard to find rocking recliners that are not too big or too basic, we scored on this one! Didn’t want to spend a fortune for my teens bedroom-fun chair and this IS PERFECT. Great gray color, has remote for multiple massage features (and quiet!), 360 swivel, side pockets for his books, so comfortable, and all at an amazing price. The delivery fee was worth it- handled with care and super simple to put together. True quality chair and I am stoked it will probably be used for years and years 😉

Perfect for my man cave, so far so good!
Received this today, much faster than I originally expected. Took all of about 5 minutes to assemble. Seems very comfy, probably not the sturdiest chair ever but it was affordable and came from Amazon in boxes so no complaints.Excellent addition to my basement man cave. Hopefully it holds up over time!

Good chair customer service not so much
I ordered this for my dad. He likes it very much. He is 77 and found it very easy to put together. He said it’s very comfortable. How ever the controller for the chair was the wrong one. We requested the right one and have been bouncing back and forth. First it was ok what address do we send it to, to that address is not a deliverable address. Mind it was the same address it was originally delivered to. Then it was we will send you a return label and you can return the product. When I asked why it was undeliverable because it was originally delivered there and I gave them an alternative address. It was ordered the around the second week of May here it is 2 weeks later and still don’t have the controller!

Horrible Chair – DO NOT BUY
Do not buy!!!!! Don’t buy anything from the manufacturer or shipper!Chair was purchased as a baby shower gift. Within two months, the chair started squeaking when rocking. Horrible if you’re trying to rock a baby to sleep. After several months, we reached out to the manufacturer, looking to get a new bottom piece (the chair comes in 4 pieces: the bottom/base, arms, and backrest).The manufacturer suggested we spray WD-40 on the corners of the chair and wait a few days. That did not resolve the issue. They then offered us a $20 refund. We asked for a new bottom piece and they said they could not do that and then offered us $35. Again, I just want a functional chair that doesn’t squeak when you rock in a rocking chair. They said stopped responding to our request to receive a functional product.A cheaper chair (we paid almost $400 with shipping) is not going to be the best but we would hope the manufacturer, like most Amazon sellers, would stand behind their products. If they are going to offer any kind of monetary value, it needs to be a full refund, NOT A “PARTIAL REFUND” FOR 9 PERCENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE CHAIR.

Get what you pay for
The massage is nice, but the reclining feature doesn’t clean click into place. You have to keep pressure on the back to stay reclined. It also is hard to close the footrest section to get it to stay closed. Good size for a small apartment.

All the Features I Need as a New Mom
As parents to a newborn we needed a good chair. This chair is everything we needed for a good price. Was easy to put together, itâs firm, easy to get out of, and comfortable. We like that it rocks, swivels, AND reclines. I canât see us really using the massage feature, but it is pretty strong/intense for the price, so it could be a good option for someone looking specifically for a massage chair without breaking the bank. Iâd recommend this chair to friends and family.
