Strange Name, Great Product
I measured my under-sink cabinet and chose this liner. It FAR exceeded my expectations.It fit like a custom order, manufactured to perfect tolerances, flexible, waterproof and easily cleaned.Without knowing of my upcoming plumbing issues, the surprise test: happened within a month of purchase. The sink’s cold feed line began to drip once every 30-seconds.. Not an obvious amount, but enough to wet the bottom of the trash bag and alert me something’s leaking.All the moisture was contained within the liner. A good test. During repairs, the plumber cut the drywall, replaced the leaking junctions, and really tested the liner’s durability. When ‘mudding’ the replacement drywall, he accidently kicked loose the sink’s trap and flooded the liner.. Grabbed a dishtowel to mop it all up, so no harm, no foul.Unfortunately, drywall mud got splattered around as well, but it easily wiped off the liner without causing it any damage/discoloration. This SIKADEER Under Sink Cabinet Liner is, apparently, invincible!

Definitely makes the cabinet look much better. Note if you have pipes coming up through the cabinet floor, you will have to make cutouts to go around the pipes.

Good way to protect the area under your sink
My kitchen cabinets are MDF with veneer over them. They look really good… until they get wet. If the MDF comes into prolonged contact with water, it can swell and look like, well, swelled up MDF.The area under my sink is where I keep dish soap, window cleaner, and a bunch of miscellaneous cleaning products. Occasionally something spills out of a split bottle or something. Last time I cleaned under there, I had to scrape up some coagulated dish soap from a seeping bottle. It didn’t hurt the MDF but it was a sticky mess that, ironically enough, attracted a bunch of dirt and grime.The cabinet floor under the sink is a little swollen already, but it’s not visible unless you take everything out of there and there isn’t any structural damage, so preventing future water ingress is my plan of action.This was my solution– a silicone mat to catch spills. I measured the area under the sink and bought the correct size. In my case, I had to cut a pair of slots in the back so that I could route the mat around the water pipes that feed the sink, but that took less than 5 minutes with a Sharpie and a pair of scissors.The mat fits perfectly and will catch any spills before they can touch the MDF. Plus the light color makes it a little easier to see what’s down there (more reflected light), and if something spills, I can take the mat outside and hose it off.I wish I’d thought of this solution years ago.
