I think this is a AwSome microwave, it’s the perfect size and watts I’m a very picky person when it comes to appliances and as much as we use it, it’s a very good value for the money, it’s quiet, even the beeper is quiet, however I haven’t tried the oven part yet, it’s got a nice look to it as well highly recommend

More than I expected
I agreed to a slightly used model outside of the handle being broke which I cement glued on and that round piece that goes underneath the plate being broke. I had one from the old microwave. This thing works like a dream. It heats up quickly. I mean it has a grill function would you believe a microwave with a grill function And I got it for very little bit of money I couldnât ask for more not to mention the shining mirror on the front. I am more than pleased thank you guys and the size is together. I couldnât ask for more. Iâm very pleased Called Amazon about the broken pieces. They were more than happy to give me a five Gift card for my inconvenience which is more than I couldâve asked. Thanks again. I love it. It is wonderful , thanks guys

Major design flaw to an otherwise decent microwave
The microwave has all the basic features one would expect and works as expected. Except, it has one major flaw. They designed the microwave so that when the microwave time completes, you still cannot open the door like most other microwaves. For some reason Emerson made this microwave with an unnecessary frustrating extra step, that you have to select the ‘end’ bottom first, only then does the door unlock. If you forget this step and instinctively try to open the microwave, because that’s how all other microwaves work, then the door basically rips in half.Video demonstrates this more clearly.

Great Microwave
I purchased this microwave and it looked great on my counter for the amount of space I have, works great, timer alert and it stay locked until you press stop to open which is a plus if you have small children. Easy to read buttons. I think I made an excellent purchase.

Good at cooking, but impossible to see buttons, every fingerprint shows
Cooks well but in every light combination I can find the buttons are impossible to seeâthe material is a weird shiny stuff and the buttons themselves arenât backlit. Iâm in my 30s and I canât see the buttons at all unless I shield them from the overhead light. The exterior shows all fingerprints.If you can get past having to clean the outside (or learn to live with constant prints) and the display, itâs a great cookerâquiet, consistent and fast. I like it better now that Iâve remembered where everything is on the keypad.

A nice microwave oven for the money!
This is a very nice microwave oven for the money, especially if you like the large knob to set the time instead of a keypad. There is also a 30-second button. Lastly, the stainless steel front is very attractive.
