excellent product
After reviewing many other options, I chose these stair treads. My three little dogs were sliding on our wooden stairs and needed help to go up and down without slipping. I loved the ease of installing these well-packed treads as well as how beautiful they looked on our wood stairs. We have used these treads for about 5 months now and they still look beautiful. Our dogs can go up and down easily. Wonderful product. Highly recommend.

Non-slip Stair Treads
I recently purchased them, and I love them! The pattern is really nice and adds a stylish touch to my staircase. They look great and match my home decor perfectly. Wonderful for dogs and people
I bought these for my dog because he’s old and couldn’t face the incline of our interior stairs without some kind of gripper on the hardwood. The adhesive was really annoying to remove in order to put down on the stairs, but was strong enough to not shift at all when used. I recommend mopping and letting dry the stairs before application, otherwise the above statements might not prove true for you.My dog is not using the stairs now, but we still have the carpet treads down because it’s a good feature for my elderly grandmother who has balance and mobility issues, and even for me and my husband when we use the stairs in dim light or carrying stuff. It helps with depth perception for sure.AND the design options were fantastic! The floral pinkish ones matched the aesthetic of the house!

Beautiful design but slips on my stairs
Update: This does slip on my surface. It may be a problem with the product or just my surface. Too bad. I really liked these.These carpet stair treads are simply beautiful and appear to be well-made. The stitching is all even and tightly stitched from the box. They were well packaged in a way that didnât leave a crease in the treads. They are soft to the touch and will help keep the noise level down. The self-adhesive bottom sticks to the surface without leaving a residue. I tried this out on a wood surface in our home and it does what it claims, at least so far.My only struggle was removing the self-adhesive surface’s protective cover. It is sewn into place and following directions in removing it is important. I tried ripping it from the edge and pinched off a small part of the self-adhesive surface. (You can see this in my photos and of course is of no fault of the manufacturer and is purely a user error.) Iâll have to see how this affects the tread in the long run, especially when it needs to be laundered and reused.We are getting ready to resurface our stairs back to a wood surface and are looking for a way to ensure our grandchildren do not slip down the stairs. These seemed to be a good solution. So of course, these are not on my stairs yet and were tested on a wood surface and worked as described. Iâm optimistic that they will work for our needs. Iâll have to return later and update this review after using these for a while.

We have hardwood stairs that really needed something to keep them safe. These stair treads are perfect. They look great, and do not slide. Easy to “install.” We are very happy with these stair treads.

Beautiful and functional
These stair treads are my new favorites. They are lovely, lay flat, and the sticky backing (which comes protected with a layer of film) keeps them well in place without gluing them to the stairs My 3 big dogs are happy too.

I really want to love these but
I love the color of these and they are super easy to install. I want to love them so bad but I canât get the edges to stay down! Iâve even left heavy books on them for a few hours and they still pop right back up. The cover on the back was easy to remove, unlike other reviews I saw, but the adhesive just doesnât seem sticky enough.

The grip on the back is very weak, I ended up adding 2 sided carpet tape. Also the plastic you have to remove from the slightly sticky back is so thin it’s a pain to get it all off.
