Easy to assemble and nice quality
Took me and my husband about 2 hours to put together. It was relatively easy, you just have to use common sense and pay attention to the direction the pieces need to go on. It has good support and the headboard is very nice quality. Only con is that it’s quite low to the ground, but I don’t really mind. You could always add a box spring if it bothered you but I think it works. The lift mechanism works perfectly and it’s great to have the hidden storage. For the price, it’s a wonderful bedframe!!

Amazing Bed, and Yes It Will Take a Few Hours to Put Together
This bed is amazing and built great. The lifting mechanism works great. If you’re thinking of getting it, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.To clear up some issues I was worried about based on some of the other reviews, here’s what I discovered while putting it together.- First, you can do it solo. I’m a petite woman in her early 50s and I was able to put this together in an afternoon. The heaviest part of my bed is actually the mattress.- It will take a few hours to put together. Just be methodical, and if you run into an issue, stop and look over what the book says and also use a bit of common sense if you do have issues. From start to finish, and taking my time, with just a few issues caused from my faults or a minor mislabel in the assembly manual, it took me around 3 1/2 hours to assemble.- Be prepared for the labeling of items to be a little off from the book. For example, the sides of the bed are labeled as C1 and C2. According to the picture from the manual, C1 is on the rightside if you look at the bed from the end of it, while C2 is on the left. On mine, the stickers were flipped, and in order for the hydraulic lift mechanism to work, I had to flip them to the opposite sides, so that the mechanism was placed towards the headboard side of the bed.- When you put the metal internal frame together, be mindful that the side posts are one-way to match the mattress stops you bolt onto the headboard end. Just make sure the metal sides have the end with more holes on the same side as the mattress stops.- I put the black, bottom dust cover on the bed prior to installing the internal bed frame and hydraulic assemblies. The assembly manual has you do that part last, but without the metal bed frame installed, I was able to easily turn the bed on its side to install the dust cover. Just make sure to install the single metal tubing that is curved on top of each end. This part runs from one side of the bed to the other and makes the bed sturdy enough to turn on its side.- When you install the hydraulic assemblies, it will seem like the pistons are stuck open. They aren’t. I had to basically put all of my weight on it and bounce up and down for it to close. Once closed, it’ll stay closed until you lift it up again. Once you put the mattress on it, that should be enough weight to let you close it without issue. It’s a very solid and smooth action with mattress on the bed for me. The bed will stay up when I lift it and a minimal amount of pulling it down will close it.- The inside storage height is a little over 10 inches. About 10.25 inches actually. This extends to almost a foot if you confine what you’re storing to not be in the path of the metal frame when it comes down with the mattress.- I placed a 14 inch mattress, with a 2 inch topper on top of it and I have no issues with the bed lifting and clearing the headboard. I do have the topper pulled about 1 inch closer to the end of the bed, though, just in case.Hope these tips help you if you decide to buy this amazing bed! ð

Terrible instructions; Great bed
Love the look of the bed, quality and storage. But the assembly instructions were terrible. Most of the pieces werenât labeled. Pictures in instructions werenât just vague but actually incorrect.

Impressive
My daughter has this bed in the full size. It lifts easily and she has a lot of storage underneath. She’s had it for a good while now and there’s no problem with the frame, the fabric or the lift mechanism. Sturdy, no squeaking and she loves it. It looks so much more expensive than it is also.

Cute but noisy
I purchased this bed frame because the other reviews for it were honestly great! Saw an insta reel of someone who said this bed replaced a high end thousand dollar bed frame she had and spoke very highly of it so I was sold. I waited to write my review because I knew time would tell. The results – I love the look and functionality of it, it is super nice to have the storage space underneath without it looking like stuff is under the bed. Out of sight out of mind if you will. However, after a few months of sleeping on it, it has gotten unbearably noisy. Simply adjusting myself on the bed makes the frame creak. Any slight movement makes it creak. Weâve taken the mattress off and tried to reassemble some of the metal framing and it went away for about one day but came back. I think because this bed frame was such a solid deal we got what we paid for, itâs a little cheap, but is overall a decent bed frame. Is it meant to last forever? Probably not. But if youâre like me and just needed something functional until you can afford a nicer bed frame, then absolutely worth it.

Great product!
This bed frame seemed too good to be true, but I took a chance on it since I needed storage space, but also wanted a nice looking bed frame. It got delivered very quickly probably within a few days of ordering. It came in two boxes that were around 50 lbs each. The instructions were pretty straight forward with diagrams only and it took me around 2 hours to complete by myself. The pistons that the mattress sits on to lift it up are pretty heavy duty. It is hard to pull it up to open the storage space and one can definitely throw their back out using the wrong stance (lift with your legs). Pulling it down is a lot easier and it sits right back in place almost every time. The slats underneath the mattress you have to assemble one by one which I was unaware of until I got to that part. They connect with these plastic pieces that go in the hole of the metal frame. Not too bad, but took more time to assemble. All in all, a great bed frame and very functional. I will write a follow up review in 6 months to update.

Very tricky
The bed is pretty online. But extememly difficult to put together. The directions are absolutely horrible. All they give you are pictures. How can someone put the bed together like that?? When it comes to the strap to lift up the bed, they donât even introduce it until the second to last step. After youâve already put the bed together. So then I spent an hour taking the bottom half of the lift apart in order to put the strap on. Absolutely horrible.
