Great Microwave
This is a high power microwave at 1200 watts and it does not nag you to open the door after your meal is cooked.

Wow itâs fast!!
I was skeptical about a new and improved microwave but have to say this inverter nuke does the job twice as fast as my previous microwave. And the sensor cook and reheat sensor is awesome. No cold spots! Soften butter for cookies? Yep it does it without melting! Nice looking little machine made by a name you can trust. Panasonic the equipment that is immortal and will outlive its ownersâ¦â¦ You know the name buy it today.

Fits on the shelf where I needed to put it.
This is not the biggest Microwave but it is fast/powerful. Decent controls. Good value for the cost.

Works well, arrived well packed, good size for a countertop
The microwave is like new, and was well packed. Not the original box and packaging though. Works very well. Sensor cooking is not ideal: oatmeal spilled over from the bowl, but oatmeal cooking is tricky. For a 1.2 cu ft. microwave, it is quit compact for placing it on a counter. Only minor issue: door opens slightly when pushing the open door button, but the door opens wider if I lubricate the appropriate spots around the door parts.

Fire Hazard
At first it worked fine for the first few months, although it was a lot louder than my previous cheaper model. Then I start hearing a popping sound and the smell of something burning. After further inspection I noticed a burn mark behind the door left side on the unit frame. Further down I noticed the metal was rippled like it was dropped.I didnât realize it was a reconditioned unit when I ordered it. NEVER AGAIN!

It’s a decent, inexpensive countertop Microwave Oven
I searched for a modestly priced MO for my small kitchen in a rental apartment. The Panasonic is light weight, excellent controls (for example it uses an internal sensor to reheat a meal without a timer). I’ve used it regularly since it arrived almost a month ago, and find it as effective as units more than twice the price.

It works kinda
It works great but sometimes it doesnât cook the food on one side, so a couple of tries and it works fine, other than that it works okay. That would be the only thing I would say about this microwave and for the price it being refurbished.
