Easy To Install For Beginners & Effective!
I generally run the AC at 69 degrees, despite that my sons room is often at 80 degrees or more. His gaming computer just produces that much heat. His room is pretty big, a few feet bigger than standard in both directions and he has an oversized closet (has a window & could fit a twin bed). We had a vornado fan that helped but it wasn’t enough. On the very first day, within an hour, there was a marked difference in the temperature of the room. We bought the 52″ 4 blade fan and I couldn’t be happier.In terms of installation I I’ve never really done anything beyond minor ikea builds (think a kallax). My husband died and I inherited the tools so I decided to at least try. The instructions for most of it are great, the important part about wiring wasn’t great. I watched a couple of YT videos though and was able to figure it out. Basically, connect the green wires and the ground wire in your ceiling together. The three wires from the fan, connect to the three wires on the little black remote box. The side with two are the ones that connect to the wires from the ceiling. With my set up I covered the end of the red wire and tucked it away. The back went with the black, the white with the white. I stuffed the wires in the box, put the cover plate on, turned the power back on and voilà ! I initially had it backwards and it basically made the wall switch function like the remote. Once I figured it out it was easy and I fully intend to do the installs in my other two boys rooms.I will say plugging the light fixture into the fan was stressful as the little plug didn’t fit super well. I did eventually get it though. I like that the lights are LED’s which mean I had to get on the ladder once and I won’t need to be doing that with kids underfoot ever again. The three light colors are nice to have, the cool white makes things look ghastly but the neutral and warm are great. Overall I’m really happy with this and it was worth the price and more.

This ceiling fanâs very easy to install and it fits perfectly for a smaller room. An elegant looks with a flat surface light fixture. Thereâre 3 different LED light settings which can deliver dim-warm to bright-white light intensity which I like the most.The fanâs motor runs very quiet and can deliver sufficient airs to a 14.5âx17â room at a lowest speed setting. Though it wobbles noticeably at higher speed settings, and thisâs the reason why I gave this a 4-star rating (I have yet to apply the balancing adjustment suggestions).

Great room fan for the price
We got this fan for our bedroom. I’ve installed many fans before, and this was the most straightforward installation I’ve done and encountered no issues or defects. The light cover is plastic, but it works fine and is easy to attach. We needed to have a fan that provided a bright central light in the room and the brightest of the three light settings is plenty to illuminate the dark corners. The fan only has four blades, but it moves the air quite well even on the lowest setting, and it’s as quiet as can be.

Before You Purchase – PLEASE READ
1. Do I like this fan?Yes. Strong breeze and quiet.2. Was installation easy?Sort of. The brackets that attach the fan blades to the motor were the worst problem. The holes that that screws go through to attach to the motor were too small. I had to drill them out to fit the screws.3. Does the remote work well?Range is good, but it has a mind of it’s own. It turns on by itself randomly & quite frequently.But Roger, this is a new fan… was the manufacturer able to assist you with this problem???Nope, once the problem occurred, I emailed the manufacturer for assistance. I was asked about power failures. I replied that there were no power failures, that this was an intermittent, random problem.After that, I was ghosted. I emailed them several times. In my final email, I indicated my review would not be favorable.If you look at my previous reviews, most are very favorable. I don’t weaponize my reviews and I don’t hold grudges.I would not have review this fan unfavorably for the holes being too small, nor would I have dinged them for a faulty remote, IF they had resolved the problem. Customer service is a big thing to me.My concern is that if the seller/manufacturer does not support the product for something as minor as this, the 10 year warranty on the motor doesn’t make me feel warm & fuzzy.I am going to solve my problem with the remote control by replacing the entire remote system with a new one I just ordered… I just spent $40 to fix a $120 ceiling fan. I’d rather do that than rip the fan down, box it up and send back to Amazon.10/31/2021 -The manufacturer never responded to my queries, so as I mentioned above, I purchased in-wall switches to fix the issue with the light turning on & off by itself.In fact, it worked so well, I purchased & replaced three others totally eliminating remotes.This replacement uses a new receiver that needs to be installed in the fan and a transmitter that takes the place of a wall switch. It even has up to a 150 foot range AND it doesn’t need batteries like a previous wall switch solution I previously used.This is not a recommendation given because the seller gave me a free product. Install issue
So you can’t find any video on install and the paper did nothing to match my set up. So did have minor issues if y’all have an issue message and I can tell you mine and it may help your u. Once install it was kinda nda wabbling the clip was not able to hold the weighted lvl price so had to use tape. But it is u now and look and works great for size I have massive air flow which I love. Timer on fan is great many setting anyon will love.
