Iâve always wanted a luxurious bed. I went back and forth on a few different frames and landed on this one, mostly because of the shape and overall profile. I was really hesitant due to the reviews of broken pieces and the fact that itâs not a true black, but I took the chance. It came in a reasonable amount of time, with all the pieces, and nothing broken or damaged. A couple friends and I put it together easily and without incident. I ordered a 10â memory foam mattress to go with it and got rid of my box springs, because I wanted more of a feeling of height on the headboard. There is a small gap between the tufted part of the headboard and the top of the mattress, but it is solid (there are no holes or gaps in the headboard), and once I put my pillows on, itâs not noticeable. Everything is pretty sturdy feeling, except I donât trust putting too much weight on the footboard (and it is ever so tempting to sit on), not that I feel it would break, but just wear and weaken the connections and the material over time. Itâs not much of an issue, just something to keep in mindLike other reviews have said, it does appear navy in certain lighting conditions and next to certain colors, which does drive my dark-loving heart a tiny bit crazy, but the velvet gives it enough dimension and the pros of this frame have FAR outweighed that small issue.I have a bit of a dark past when it comes to my sleeping space, but this bed frame has really impacted me and provided me with so much healing, joy, and comfort. I truly feel like royalty and have noticed that I spend more time in my bed overall. Very happy with this purchase.

I love love love this bed!! It arrived timely with zero damage and all the necessary pieces! The color is stunning and the fabric is so soft. The bed frame is sturdy!! It took my man about 2 hours to put the bed frame together and it came out perfectly! We only added the mattress and removed the box spring to give the headboard a higher look. This bed sleeps so well and we absolutely love it!!! Definitely worth the money!! Highly recommend!

Ok for the price
The photos make it look bigger than it really is. This was one of the larger ones I could find as far as the headboard goes but it still left me feeling a little disappointed in the height. Not super sturdy either but it’s also not super expensive quality. It’s pretty though but you get what you pay for. The instructions were easy to follow and took less than an hour to put it together but we had a drill with an allen wrench bit but which definitely helped

Let me just say, this bed frame is stunning. Itâs sleek, and looks like it belongs in a design magazine. But before we dive into the beauty of it, letâs talk about the adventure I had getting it here.So, I ordered this gorgeous frame, andâlike a normal personâI naturally listed my old address on the order. Whoops. I realized my mistake the next day but didnât panic… until I realized that FedEx would soon be dropping this beautiful beast of a bedframe off at an address I would be moving two hours away from in just 3 days!! Picture me, sitting there, staring at the tracking number, Googling âhow to rent a U-Haul trailer on short noticeâ and âwhat is a trailer hitch?â And thinking maybe I could ask a random stranger passing by if they could help me load it onto a rental truck. It wasnât looking good.I messaged the seller (and by “messaged,” I mean sent a desperate cry for help that probably had too many exclamation points), and to my absolute shock then immediate dejection, they responded immediately, but it was to say that they would not be able to update the address for me. I didnât know what to do, so naturally I messaged again asking if they could do anything. Again, they said that they could not. Succumbing to my bed frame fate, I checked the shipping status on FedExâs site and to my wonder and amazement, I noticed that the city under my name was my new city. Could it be?? Did they actually update my address despite telling me they couldnât? They absolutely did! These people were my bedframe fairy godparents, making sure my dream bed would arrive at the right address without me having to call in the National Guard or bribe a friend with a lobster dinner to help me move it.Fast forward a few days: FedEx delivers my bedframe, and the adventure continues. The box was huge. Like, I wasnât sure if I had ordered a bed frame or a small, portable apartment.But did I give up? No. Did I do it alone? Yes!Now, for the actual assemblyâdespite the instructions saying it would be easier with two people, I did it solo like the true independent woman I am. It was surprisingly easy once I realized the instructions werenât written in some ancient language and that I could, in fact, follow them without losing my mind. I did, however, consider throwing in the towel halfway through when I realized the bed had a lot of screws. But in the end, it was so worth it.Would I recommend this bedframe? Absolutely! Itâs beautiful, sturdy, and elegant.10/10, would assemble solo again (but maybe double-check the address first next time).

Elegant and stylish, but a little difficult to assemble
I love the finished product and the tuffed velvet headboard is tall and very soft. The bed was lower than expected but I used 7 3/4 inch feet extendsionsI bought separately and it did the trick to rise the bed a bit higher. 12′ inch mattress will probably work best but I was able to fit a 14′ comfortably, but note, fitting in matresses can be a little difficult due to the wingback design.The bed weighs a lot due to the tuffed end pieces, and assembling it was quite difficult for one person, I’d suggest two, the allen wrench that came with the set is quite cumbersome to use, Id prefer/suggest a ratchet wrench to do the job quicker and easier.All in all, its a perfect size and shape with a comfortable design with no issues on build quality.
