Slim and nicely proportioned if you have a secure method to attach to the wall.
This is a great floating media console with a textured faux wood surface that is made of solid plywood. This will work well if you have any sockets you want to hide or place *in the middle* of the media console. So far so good – this would have fit the bill perfectly! Why I didn’t go ahead with this particular unit:1. I have a socket to connect items inside the unit to on the right side, behind the drawer. However there is no room behind the drawer on this media console for anything since that is where it attaches flush to the wall.2. There are only 4 holes for screws to attach this unit to the wall. These holes are less than 16″ apart so they can’t all line up to typical stud width.Instead, we went ahead with IKEA BESTA floating unit which is bigger than we’d like but is secured with variable placement of screws and about 12 for the same width as this unit (compared to 4). The faux textured wood effect is also not quite what we’d like (ideally it’s stained white with wood grain or just smooth white).Added photos with more detail to help others work out whether this fits in place.

Nice floating console
First off, this is a nice setup. Helped me hide a lot of my wiring without having to go through the wall. Very sturdy (just make sure to hit about 3 studs with the 6 attachment points. Clean look and made with quality materials. I know this one isnât like the picture in the ad. Itâs because it isnât. Guessing I was sent the wrong one. But this one works.

Modern looking and easybto assemble. Build quality is good and made of plywood..not MDF. It is heavy compared to MDF but sturdy in structure. Cable management features are great.

Meuble dans mon salon. Nous avons suivi toutes les instructions de montage, mais il nâest pas droit. Pour 500 $, les tiroirs ne ferment pas correctement, et le panneau central nâest pas du tout centré. Dâun côté du meuble, il y a un plus grand espace que de lâautre. Vraiment déçu ! Après avoir passé je ne sais combien de temps à le monter et lâinstaller, il y a même quelques pièces usées et légèrement érafléesâ¦
