Versatile!
Baked a cake the 1st day on Air Fry and it was great. Plenty of Microwave and Convection uses since. POPCORN! QUIET! GREAT!!

Thank God for Amazon
Ordered from big box store and they failed to deliver, as usual. Amazon to the rescue. Works great. More buttons than most will use, but you adjust. The air fryer and convection bake features are nice but tbh are not quick. I made a 9 x 13 cake in 50 minutes. (It was delicious though!) Best feature is combination/fast cook imo. Instructions are very minimal so watch YouTube or figure out cook times by trial/error!

Versatile oven
Love this oven so far. We has a ge profile microwave that started to quit on us. Replaced the voltage capacitor and it worked again for awhile but then started blowing fuses so we gave up on it. This microwave is super cool. I’ve already tested the convection oven function to make cookie and pizza and side dishes. Hope to air fry chicken wings soon . The RV people buy these because of all the stuff they can do. That was good enough for me. Very happy with it

Horrendous experience
After hours on the phone with minimally helpful attendants we got this working. The screen still sits blank, so we have a tech coming in a few days. (free) It is a well-featured unit with convection baking, air frying and conventional microwave. You need to take out the metal shelves to use the microwave function.The manual is execrable in many ways. Installation was a bear but doable by two strong men. Apparently, this unit does NOT connect to the phone by bluetooth.No thanks to the @#%$ manual, we finally got this working and got the screen up by hitting some buttons and then settings to turn time on. So far, some carbonized potatoes and some soggy crostini.Assume sooner or later we’ll beat this thing into proper utility.One other item: the faceplate is almost impossible to read when standing on the floor. Small print and unlit. We finally made a copy of the panel picture to sit on the stove for ready reference.The rotating glass platter was the wrong size. Mfr contacted and said they’d replace. NOTHING.

Same as my other one, with addition of airfryer. Only negative thing was upper screws didn’t line up with old holes. Had to drill more holes in cabinet.

Great for an RV
We bought to replace our convection oven. I love the air fryer and we use this a lot. Itâs a little confusing at first but easy to catch on. I havenât got the Wi-Fi to work yet on it but it seems others have had that problem too. I would buy again. Seems to be well made.

This is the second one Iâve ordered and both have come in damaged first one seemed like it was fedexâs fault but the second one there was no visible damage from shipping
