This came to us faster than expected. It is actually pretty comfortable for what it is! We bought this to put in our doorway/hallway for a place to sit when putting or taking off shoes . There is a little lip on the other side of our coat closet and it fits perfectly! And we have enough space to put a small table still. The storage is deeper than i expected. Its not super deep, but not super shallow, either. My husband really liked the way the leges were, too. They are brackets, not screw ins. All in all, this is a really nice piece. We received it today, so I cannot comment on the life of it, but the quality seems pretty good! I honestly forgot/did not care about the storage compartment, but when I opened it I was actually pretty impressed. If it will stand the “child test”, it is a winner in my book!! I really like the look of the piece, too. It has an elegant taste to it, almost. The real cushion on the top is also a big plus for me. I figured it would have been some wood or something and maybe a 1/4 of an inch worth of foam or something else similarly undesirable, but the entire top is cushion, which makes it so much better if you have back or tailbone problems. I would buy another if we needed two. not long enough for the end of a bed, unless it was a twin or something, but perfect for what we bought it for! They took nice care in the packaging, too. There was a cardboard/Styrofoam piece on top to block any damage to the ottoman when cutting open the box. The legs were also securely placed inside the storage part and inside their own box.

Perfect accessory
I just had my basement converted into more of a rec room. With the sofa facing a new TV, I really needed something set up as a foot/leg rest. This fits the bill perfectly. Having storage is a plus! Easy to put together and very well-packaged. Would definitely recommend!

The good:- Very attractive- Sturdy- Easy to assemble once I could read the instructions. Just screw the legs in- Fabric is very softThe bad:- the instructions. Teeny tiny lettering and words and illustration. I took a magnifying glass to read it and following what part goes where. This is typical of stuff out of China, and I wish the American distributors would rewrite the instructions with bigger letters and illustrations.

I was afraid the colors would be too grey and not bright enough to match the bright blue of the sofa. It looks amazing. Itâs an easy assembly! Sturdy! Itâs very stable to sit on, too! Very please with my purchase.

I got the butterfly print for the foot of queen size bed – itâs the perfect size. The pattern is a neutral grey/tan – pretty but not overwhelming. Extremely easy to assemble (just screw on legs with allen wrench provided – no tools needed). Very sturdy yet not too heavy to move around if needed. Exceeded my expectations!

Sturdy enough to sit on and good size storage for mitts. Like the air holds for ventilation in the box. Legs are well made, not plastic garbage. I got on sale so was excellent price but could tell box was opened and looked at. As well as fabric did initially get caught in bolt holes but was still do-able and didnât affect the assembly. Did have to hammer in some of the decorative nail heads just a little bit more.
