Beautiful, but very VERY firm!
Overview: Beautiful couch, fabric is very soft. Came in 5 boxes. We got everything the same day and no missing pieces or anything. The company did send all tracking numbers since Amazon only lists the one.Installation: Didnât come with instructions but itâs very easy to put together. 3 of us got it together in about 30 min. I would suggest at least having one person to help line up the brackets.Comfort and Storage: The cushions are extremely firm. The packaging stated it takes 48 hours for them to fluff up but most werenât vacuum sealed or anything. The storage aspect is very nice. Can keep blankets and snack trays and all sorts in there.Notes:* The only drawback is the pull out part is tricky to get out. Goes back in smooth but getting it out is hard.* Also the only part you can rearrange is the pull out. The chaise will be on the left if you are sitting on the couch and you canât change that. Something to keep in mind.Overall this couch is beautiful and a great value and size for the price, we got in on sale and we couldnât be happier. Very few cons. I just wish the cushions were less firm. But I think with time and wear they will get more soft Iâm hoping. Would buy again.

Itâs perfect!
It comes in a total of five boxes. Fast shipping and delivery! Amazon gives you one tracking number but the sellers will contact you and send you all five so that you can track every package! I ordered it and within two days I had four out of the five boxes, the forth box arrived the day after! The boxes are HUGE, but itâs all put together just have to hook them together and put on cushions, so therefore super easy to assemble. Itâs firm but still comfortable, itâs just the right size not too big not too small! Overall itâs a great investment!

Easy to assemble and good looking!
This couch came in 5 large boxes. The instructions were easy to follow and I assembled it myself in a couple of hours. The couch is comfortable and easy to stretch out on, especially when expanded with the bed pull out. The storage in the chaise is fantastic too!

DARK GRAYDELIVERY!! If coming FEDEX!! It comes 3 Large Boxes & 2 Medium size Boxes! TRACK!!! They do not carry!! Only drop off at front door!! Nevertheless the sectional is great!! Semi firm..which is cool!! 3 cushions are removable & surprisingly very roomy! Assembly was easy. I did my research & Iâm so happy I made the right choice!! The sectional is larger in person!! Pics are good but does the size no justice! If youâre looking to save money donât think twice GET IT!!

Very firm – not so great connector brackets
I like the couch. It’s nice a firm and I love that in a couch. It fits perfectly in our small space.The brackets that connect the chaise portion of the recliner and also the arm rest didn’t last a week.While seated on the couch, we leaned against the arm rest to retrieve something on the floor next to the couch and the brackets immediately pulled away and ripped the screws out of that part of the couch. It seems permanently damaged. The couch seemed sturdy and we were quite shocked with it happened. We could probably use some wood filler and re-drill the holes if we were diligent about it. But for sure it’s “broken”.If you put any type of awkward pressure on the arm rest, this is likely to happen. Use caution. Otherwise it’s a really nice couch for the money.

I love this sectional
I wanted a black sectional to fit this space but was having trouble finding many options in the color black. Im a review reader and I had been reading reviews on this sectional for quite some time (months) and I finally bit the bullet and purchased it.This sectional is firm but I like that and I do anticipate that will change over time slightly. The material is soft and comfortable. There has been one spill and it has cleaned up with a wipe fairly easily. The dimensions are accurate and the assembly was easy. I highly recommend this black sectional.

Quality
The couch is firm, it a decent size, itâs comfy. However it is not manufactured well at all. The side panels are attached by little brackets and small screws and they donât stay put. My daughter literally a four year old layer her head on the arm rest and it broke and fell over. And it wonât go back on. The brackets are not installed properly as the screws are so loose the bracket wonât even stay in place.I am waiting on the manufacturer of this furniture to give me a resolution to this because this is not okay.

Absolutely love this couch and the pull out part. The chase lounge even pulls up for storage. Super easy to put together. Itâs sturdy and firm I like the firmness though so I donât sink into it. Looks great in my living room
