So nice, I bought it twice
I needed to replace a small, unsightly strip light above my laundry wet sink that had a dangling power cord (remember, H20+E=OOPS!).I found this closet lamp and decided it was worth a try because of the handy size and the lack of need for a permanent power cord.When first opening the unit I thought a mounting bracket was missing because there was only one in the box. But, burning my Man Card, I read the surprisingly good instruction; no Chinglish or Iconese. The lamp needs only one easy-to-mount bracket because the body of the lamp has a surprisingly powerful magnet that holds it to the bracket. Indeed, if you have any ferrous item (refrigerator, vent hood) nearby, it will stick to that directly.I had poor visibility when first mounting the bracket to the bottom of an upper cabinet. Methinks I will turn on and temporarily prop up the lamp itself so I can better see the work area. It was amazingly useful as a portable task lamp, bright and non-glaring. The end without the leds made a great place to grasp it without blocking lumens. I finished the upper-cabinet work and, once attached to the bracket, the lamp was just what I wanted.Later that night I was doing some electrical work under a large desk and it was almost pitch black there. I first dug out an old fluorescent drop lamp, which proved to be a nuisance rather than a help because of the glare and cord. I then grabbed the new lamp from above the sink to light underneath the desk. It worked a charm.So I bought a second one and have now used it as a portable task lamp a few times.This is a 5-star product.

Easy Installation and very bright!
I use this in my entry closet where I have used other portable or DC lights. This one, being magnetic, was easy to install due to the fact that only the base needed to be mounted on the wall. The light then magneticly connected to the base where it could be rotated to any position.The light is controlled by motion or by switch located on the light itself. It turns off after 20 seconds, automaticly. It can be turned on manually and left on until it is no longer needed then can return to automatic control.It seems the manufacturer thought of everything..

Very effective closet light
The BLS LED closet light was easy to install with its strong magnetic base, the motion sensor works very well, and it gives off a nice, bright light. Very happy with this purchase.

Good light for lots of places
I love that itâs magnetic and can be stuck anywhere thereâs a little metal or the holder it comes with can be stuck on or screwed in if no metal where you need it. The motion sensor works well when angled to the area you want it to pick up. I bought it for inside a dark pantry cabinet and itâs great.There are two observations you should know about though. 1) the switch on the end is a bit fragile. I bought the first one and only had it a few days and the switch from off to night to day/night only worked if I was super careful to find just the right spot, and the switch to âonâ didnât work at all. Shout out to the company as they immediately sent me a replacement and it works perfectly! I have since bought another one. 2) it only stays on about 15 seconds when it stops sensing movement. So if you are staring into the pantry (like I do when Iâm indecisive) it keeps turning itself off. It does save battery life that way but⦠I would like it to stay on a little longer.It is rechargeable and charged up pretty quickly so very easy to maintain. Overall Iâm happy with it and will probably but a couple more for places where Iâd like better light, like garage, under sink, etc. Would be good in a hallway but not very pretty for that purpose.

Wow, amazing
I have a large wardrobe closet with no electric sockets and for years just used the light from the bedroom. This changed everything ! Unbelievably bright and the entire closet which is 8 feet long is as bright as can be. It’s like a overhead garage shop light in your closet. All with a small stick. Well thought out with the clip that takes one minute to install so when you need to charge you take off , charge and return. Was much more $$ then a few other under counter lights I purchased and now I know why. 2700 lumens is all you need and this could light up pretty much any space you need. The sensor is perfect , can’t say how long battery will last but two weeks and it’s still fully bright .

A little pricey but excellent illumination & great design
UPDATE: 2/18/24 – I purchased and installed this light in November ’22. Not only does the light still work and provide excellent light in my guest closet — it’s still functioning on THE INITIAL CHARGE. Granted I don’t use that closet every day. But after 14 months of occasional use and two different 2-week periods of constant use on a single charge… plus it provides the best light of any of the rechargeable lights I’ve tried… this product is a winner. I give it top stars.This light is far superior to other similar products. But, still, I feel it’s a little pricey.What I like:- great illumination- strong magnet; works well in provided “cradle” or against metal objects- smart motion detection really is smart & useful as energy saver- construction and materials are higher quality than similar productsThe magnet in this light unit is so strong, I was able to attach it to the wall without the included cradle by placing it over metal corner bead. It’s not a great bond but it works — even though the metal is covered with drywall mud, texture, and paint. It had a fantastic bond when I attached it to my clothes dryer and a good bond when attached to the bare wire industrial metal shelving in my storage room.The cost of this light (I paid $23.18, the price is now $25.98) and questions about longevity are my hesitations in buying another one. If it ends up lasting years and years and multiple recharges, my purchase will have been a bargain. But if it has an 18-24 month lifetime, not so much.

This works perfectly above my door frame. It’s out of sight but picks up motion even at ground level. It gives me adequate lighting, without being blinding, when I’m coming or going so I don’t step on a kitty that’s greeting me at the door or have to worry about a door dasher

This little light was a game changer in my dark, dungeon-esque closet. The pain and annoyance of going to get anything out was too much and this light solved all the problems. The motion sensor is wonderful and I haven’t charged it since I bought it (6 months ago). Bright light, strong magnet to attach it to the wall, great little unit for the price.

The light is great, nice and bright. I thought the magnet would be bit stronger ⦠I feel like the light could easily be knocked of its magnetic stand so I put it up higher to try and avoid that. The sensor also works well. I have this light up using only the magnet so it does work, but be careful where you place it. I would recommend this light be put in areas where the light will not likely be accidentally knocked (or you could tape it in or something for extra support)

This is the third under cabinet light and Iâm happy to say this one works fantastic. I had to return the other 2 because they didnât keep their charge. This one does. Great motion sensor and fits well under the cabinet Well worth the money.
