First big boy bed
We bought this bed for our 3 year old. He has been in a toddler bed until now. We pull the trundle out about half way in case he happens to roll off. It is great quality and very sturdy. We bought a 5â mattress for the trundle and itâs the perfect height. The trundle rolls very easily and looks nice when it is pushed all the way under.

We bought this to go in my 4 year old’s room and so far we love it. It took my husband an hour or two to put it together, but I don’t think he really struggled with it. So far the hydrolic lift works as it should and it feels like it will hold up to my son.This doesn’t matter to us, but I did notice the mattress is softer on this bed frame than the box spring.

Mattress doesnât fit in trundle
Purchase this for my two granddaughters and bought a mattress for the top and bottom and the bottom does not fit. The mattress, even though regular thickness was 3 inches too thick to be able to slide on the trundle back under the bed. I bought risers for the bed of 3 inches and The trundle with the mattress still will not slide underneath the bed.

Okâ¦not great – but not horrible
Relatively Easy to build (with a second set of hands). Looks exactly as picturedThe electrical portion doesnât work at all (charger or lights), cables are too short on all fronts. Called to ask for help and they had no addâl instruction to help with the electrical portion. Didnât return it simply bc I had a spent a good chunk of the day to build and didnât want to do it again. Ok quality – wish the quality of the wood was thicker. Wouldnât buy again had I known what I know now. My kid will have to use this bed for a whileâ¦
