Excellent quality and super easy to assemble
Arrived in great condition. Assembly instructions were very clearly illustrated and the Individual pieces were clearly marked. The frame fit very well and seemed well-built and durable. Have had no issues with the frame bending or making any noise. Very satisfied with a very reasonable priced purchase.

Cost-efficient alternative to a boxer
I was very surprised by its good quality. Thick, highly sturdy material and the assembly tools were included. Easy to assemble. Does its job perfectly. It saves you a lot of money because it makes it unnecessary for you to buy a boxer, which costs over $400. This thing supports and protects the mattress! Amazing

Easy to Assemble, Lightweight, and Gets the Job Done
This was very easy to assemble and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s lightweight yet feels durable and well-made. A great option if you’re just looking for a box spring or foundation without a mattress. Definitely a solid find for the price and purpose.

EXTREEMLY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE DUE TO THE PARTS
I have mixed opinions about the 5″ Superay Queen Box Spring. On the good side. It’s a brilliant design.Koodos to the designer. I was impressed of the ingenious design and how it was “”meant”” to fit together……..On the bad side. The assembly nuts and bolts were horrible. I have never assembled nuts to bolts with such trouble. When you put a nut on a bolt its suppose to freely spin until you tighten it. On these, they were tooled at the factory so badly that the nuts could only be forced on. Jamming up, impossible to spin freely. Every microinch of the thread on the bolt was rough and impassable without a tool, which by the way, the included tools were not in the least bit useful. I had to get my own wrenches and pliers to make the nuts fit and traverse on the bolts. What was promoted as a 30 minute assembly via the video took all day. It took me nearly 5 hours of managing resistant bolts and nuts to assemble this box spring, After several hours of struggle I finally had the frame assembled. Then to be safe I tightened it completely and the product is in use. A VERY FRUSTRATING DAY TRYING TO ASSEMBLE THIS UNIT. I am sorry to write such a horrible review because the design of the metal box frame was absolutely brilliant. As a retired designer myself i know good design. Its a crying shame the manufacture made it a complete failure.

Nice Box Spring
The iron used in the construction of this box spring is very well made. The instructions on how to assemble the box spring came with the package. The rails were marked with labels for ease of assembly. The print on the instructions could have been darker to make them more legible but if you look closely, you can see the letters of the parts at each step. In the photos, you can see the letters. The assembly of the center cross was the most difficult, which is why I took a picture of it. When complete the box looks good but move it by holding the outer perimeter. I used a battery powered drill and socket wrench to make the installation go faster. The cover fits over the top. The bottom is not covered. It took me about 2 hours to assemble.

The parts fit and it’s easy to assemble
Hardware: Excellent. This manufacturer has a clever way of guaranteeing they ship the right hardware. They blister-pack the hardware and specifically label the extra parts. If you are missing a part, you caused the problem.Tools: Poor. The manufacturer includes 2 sad, disposable wrenches and no hex wrench. If you have a miniature, metric socket set, I believe you could fly through the installation.Assembly: Excellent. After I assembled the center cross, I was free to assemble this in any order. If you have some room, assembling this away from the bed would speed the process. My space is limited, so I assembled this box/foundation/platform inside the confines of our bed frame and that was manageable. Tightening the nuts takes far longer than assembling the sections.Sturdiness: Good. All holes lined up properly as did the threads of the integrated nuts. The welds seem complete and placed correctly. The manufacturer does not use lock washers and nuts; instead, they apply thread-locker to the bolts. I do not know about the durability of this solution yet. The entire product is made of light, square tubing. It feels like you could break every part of it over your knee, but the structure becomes strong when you combine the parts during assembly.Rating: I give this a 4 because nothing strikes me exceptional about the product. When I opened the box, I found half the zip ties severed, but all parts were present. Someone adhered the Velcro for the cover onto the sections, which was odd because the directions indicated I would have to perform that step myself.
