It is good for what we paid for it. It is very firm. They only complaint u have is there is a seam on the chaise where the fabric was not completely caught when sewn together looks like it may be trying to come apart.

Sofa is very comfortable , just right not too soft not to firm.The sofa comes in multiple boxes depends if you order with ottoman or not. Boxes will arrive separately either next day or within a reasonable time period. Customer service was one of the best when I had questions and concerns they responded to my messages in timely manner.Im very pleased with my purchase.

Pillows are a bit firm and the ottoman is much softer then the couch itself but we got it as a replacement couch for a household with a preteen and toddler so I wanted a sofa we wouldn’t care about them jumping on etc and this is perfect.
