Great Purchase!
Nice, functional couch. So easy to assemble and expanded right when we opened the box. The green color is beautiful and the couch is very comfortable. The pieces do not fit together perfectly and slide slightly when you sit on them, but overall it is a great value and practical piece.

Comfy cloud couch
This couch gets 5 stars for the ease of assembly and the comfortability. I just unwrapped the plastic and it expanded into a couch! It was magic lol – and it’s sooooo comfy, adjustable, and I love the chaise and deep seat. I don’t know if it’s worth the $599 that I paid for it yet, but I look forward to testing the longevity. It’s better than any sofa I’ve bought in the past so far( both aesthetically and comfort wise).

It sits low and not real firm
It’s not real firm. It sits low to the ground. So if you’re a tall person like me it’s low. It’s really relaxing to sit on if that’s what you want to do, relax. But not for your guests if you were to have guests. Now, I don’t sit on it hardly ever because it’s so low and not real firm and I got a feeling that if I were to sit on it for a long period of time repetively, it will comform to that squished position. For right now it looks good in front of my fireplace for occasional chill sessions.

SCAM – stay away
SCAM alert. The product is wildly different to what is advertised. The back is only 19″ on one section and 20″ on the other two. This prevents the back cushions from being utilized properly and results in no back support whatsoever. Just makes your lowed back uncomfortable. Additionally, the back cushions do not inflate or expand to anywhere near what’s advertised in the photo. Amazon has agreed to pick up the item (we’ll see if it materializes) unboxed and to refund me, but at what cost for the consumer? A lot of wasted time and back breaking work getting thins thing in the basement. Amazon needs to do more to prevent scams like this. Yes, falsely advertising a product with dimensions not being proportionate to what actually shows up is a scam.

Uneven firmness
Edit: I would like to highlight the companies quick response to this review, and the way they made fixing the issue below a priority.Only issue I have with this is that the two side pieces are firm, but the center one is not even close to firm. Sitting on either one of the sides is great but you sink to the floor if you try to sit in the middle which also makes laying down on it uncomfortable.
