Should’ve bought it sooner!!
Honestly, I was a little skeptical when I saw it barely had any reviews, but I was on the look for the tallest one. I could find and it being 17.1 inches for the height of the seat. This one was the winner. I’m so glad I bought this couch. It’s way bigger than I anticipated which is great for the money. It came in two separate boxes they did arrive on different days but one arrived on Friday and the other one on Saturday. It’s absolutely crazy comfortable and I spend a lot more time in my living room and it’s super soft. It comes with special tools to help you open the plastic and I know the directions say it takes two days for it to fully expand, but I felt like it went faster than that, but it was super easy to set up the couch and I am a bigger girl and so I was worried about getting a foam couch, but it is the perfect amount of firmness. I’m telling you this couch is worth itAlso, the armrests are 11 inches in width so they are very wide.

This couch is huge and bouncy very soft and cozy but the pillows hard

Definitely happy with it.
Was a bit unsure about cloud couches all together but took a chance on this one and wasn’t disappointed. Came in to boxes, sits about the same height as a regular couch, comfortable, looks and feels great. Definitely be patient and wait at least 48hrs before you sit on it. Reaches maximum expansion after 72hrs. Love it and am glad I took a shot with it.

very firm if you like firmalso, be patient. mine arrived separately and a few days apartbut worth itso softit looks nice in my living roomit’s shorter than your average couch so expect a low profile type of deal.no assembly required, just let it breathe over night before using.overall super happy

Buyer Beware – Measurements don’t match the item you receive.
Complete waste of money! Arrived in great condition, packaged perfectly. Easy to open. But after over 2 weeks of letting it “fluff” out to normal size/shape, total disappointment. The couch DOES NOT match to the measurements that are supplied on the description. Doesn’t come close to the height from bottom to seat that is shown. The would be the perfect couch if you were a dwarf or for kids to use. You might as well be sitting on a pillow on the floor. Material is nice. It would be a 5 star item if the measurements matched the description. So basically it is an oversized dog bed now for me.

Wet couch
Couch came in soaking wet, had to air dry for a couple days before use.
