Nice boneless sofa!! Firmer than expected but very comfortable. Only issue was once they fully expanded found a weak seam that we had to sew. But good quality overall!

Couch is firm but also soft enough for comfort. I ordered extra pillows. The couch was large for such a small living room but I made it work. I love it. The other furniture was ordered through Amazon as well. Wall decor was from thrift store.

Extremely disappointing purchase and one of the worst furniture experiences I’ve had.The sofa looked nothing like the product description or photos. Once opened, the sections expanded unevenly, and several parts never fully expanded at all, leaving the sofa misshapen and inconsistent in size and volume. Instead of a proper piece of furniture, it honestly looks like a cheap, poorly made toy.To make matters worse, one of the sections arrived with a hole in the upholstery, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new product.The quality of the materials feels extremely low. The sofa is bulky, heavy, and poorly constructed — far from what was advertised.Customer service has been equally frustrating. After weeks of back-and-forth communication, I’m still being asked to provide the same information repeatedly instead of being offered a real solution. Returning a full-size sofa by mail is obviously unrealistic, yet no proper pickup solution has been provided.This product is defective and misleadingly marketed, and the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating.I strongly recommend avoiding this product and this seller.
