Soft, Supportive, and Beautiful!!!
I’m honestly so happy with this couch. It looks great, feels amazing, and has quickly become my favorite spot in the house. It’s one of those purchases where you sit down and immediately feel like you made the right choice.Things I love:1. The cushions are soft but still firm enough to give great back support. Super comfortable without feeling like you’re sinking in.2. The quality is amazing. It feels very well made, and I don’t see any loose threads or sloppy stitching anywhere.3. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition, which I really appreciated.4. Assembly was easy and stress free. All the parts fit together nicely.5. Each box came with its own manual, which was such a thoughtful touch. No hunting for one instruction sheet!!Overall, this couch feels sturdy, comfortable, and well designed. It’s cozy, supportive, and looks beautiful in my living room. I love it sooo much!!

Love the color, not a fan of the back cushion very light weight definitely needs more stuffing, bottom cushions are prefect, storage ottoman are great. Couch moves very consistently need to buy leg grips to stay in place , low couch . Its comes with two options of legs either 2 or 4 inches I chose 4 inches , mine was missing a hardware set had to contact the company to send me a set so I haven’t been able to finish putting together the couch, definitely a good buy for something fancy and elegant at a affordable cost

Great sofa, comfortable
arrived in 3 boxes. Delivered very fast. easy to assemble with no tools required.The fabric is comfortable, beige color looks great. Cushions good for relaxing support.Wide and long enough to sit or lie down on.There is two sets of legs.I installed the taller legs. My robot vacuum can go under the sofa and clean the floor.

Not great
I bought this couch and upon taking it out of the box, I noticed there’s pen marks and stains all over it. Then after putting it together, most of the parts don’t even fit in the right slots. The backs of the sofa aren’t properly on because the brackets are uneven so if it’s in on the left side, the right side doesn’t go in and visa versa. The back pillows are also paper thin

Sofa assembly terrible experience
Guess prior purchasers got a properly manufactured sofa. I, unfortunately, did not!Everything was going fine until I went to put the side arms on. The slots that the side arm brackets are supposed to slide into the bases are so offset from each other that there’s no way they’ll go in. I tried all the slots on both bases and none worked as the alignment is off badly on both.I can’t return the sofa as it’s the only one I have now and I can’t in any event because how do you put seat cushions and pillows that were vacuum sealed back in the same boxes. No way.I’m a dissatisfied customer at this point.I e-mailed the company via the e-mail address on their support section. They kept getting returned as mailer-daemon.I had to contact Amazon directly and explain the situation so they are sending a replacement. I’ll update this review after I’ve received it and hopefully the pieces fit the way they’re supposed to.UPDATE:Received a replacement sofa from Amazon and it what worse than the first one. I couldn’t even locate/see the holes where you screw in the brackets on the sidearms. Both were labeled as “R”, just ridiculous.And of course, they were misaligned with the bases. That’s twice now.Only good thing I can say in this review is that Amazon has been very understanding and accommodating in taking both of them back. They’ve arranged a bulk pickup at my home since there’s no way I can put everything back in the boxes. I’ll get refunded once they receive them.
