It’s a simple couch on a budget…it is soft but also firm. The things is it collects so much of anything and sticks, you’d need to vacuum it often. Not much back support so to have it against the wall works best for me, if not the pillows would just fall over or you’d sit in an awkward position. It’s spacious and I love that you can rearrange it a few ways if you’d like. I’ve taken naps on it semi comfortably by removing the pillows for more space.Edit: Customer Service is excellent.

Must buy!!!
Extremely comfortable!!!!! It is a firm couch, which is what I was hoping for since I have a bad back. It’s incredibly soft and cozy.Easy to set up as all you have to do is take it out of the box, CAREFULLY cut open the plastic and let it fully open and set for 72 hours.The couch is sturdy but not overly heavy so it is easy to move.Would buy again, 100%.

Comfy!
This couch is pretty comfy! It’s not big so it probably would only fit 2 adults comfortably. And if you’re tall, your feet will hang off the chaise lounge side. I’m impressed with the grips on the bottom. They keep the couch from sliding around. Overall it is a good couch especially for the price! It comes in 2 shipments so don’t be alarmed if the whole couch isn’t delivered at once.

GREAT COUCH!
I LOVE THIS COUCH! I originally bought it because my sister did first. So I knew the quality was great and I knew the size before buying! Assembly was easy peasy. The material is so soft and nice. Every cushion has a removable and washable cover! The color is perfect! The firmness is great it’s very comfortable! I’ve recommended several times to many people!

Living room Sofa I have been using this sofa for a while now, and overall I’m satisfied with the quality.The materials feel durable, the fabric so soft thank you so much, it looks so good and nice .The cushions are comfortable and provide good support for everyday use.Easy off assembly , the height is good ,For the price it’s so good I trust the white color.

My living room is 18 x 12, so I personally got this one to go wall to wall so it’s looks right
I love this couch so much I love how dark the black is cause some blacks are grayish looking or to dark. It’s has great quality, it’s comfortable, and easy to set up! I love how it looks full and puts together my home the weight of the couch isn’t a problem at all it’s easy to move around, unwrap once delivered just be careful not to cut your couch when opening! Overall I love my couch thank you and I do recommend this couch to whomever is trying to purchase.

The Biggest Mistake Ever
So first and foremost this was the worst mistake ever made. Total waste of money. This couch is ridiculously small. As you can see in the picture my Cuban necklace is as tall as the couch, which is insane. On top of that I ordered the U shaped couch, and they didn’t send me my other piece. I should have an ottoman at the end of the couch to complete the “U Shape” and they never sent it. This is something that should be made for your children’s bonus room. I am completely unsatisfied. Because in the pictures you see a family with their feet kicked back and the couch looks big and comfy. When I got it, it looked very comfortable but when it unraveled it showed that it was not the same as the picture they portrayed. I order from Amazon faithfully and this is the worst purchase I ever made. Hands down. And then when I requested to receive my money back, because I didn’t even get all my pieces and I also didn’t receive what I thought I was getting, they are giving me the run around. Usually when I ask for a refund, Amazon does exactly everything right, but unfortunately this isn’t from Amazon. They just sell their products on Amazon so different rules apply for them. So be careful with what you are buying on here. I don’t want you ending up like I did.

Greatest purchase ever, you wont regret it.
If you are on the fence about buying this, take this as a sign from the universe to go ahead and get it. I have research this kinda couch on this app for so long. I even purchased one I had to throw away because of toxic smell and soft corners. This one is much better and better quality than another brand my ex hadThis mattress is so firm and sturdy, with great edge support for sex. Nonetheless, it feel so rich and comfy to lay on .
