Very beautiful, quality, easy to assemble/clean and great customer service!
This is a very beautiful product, I was a bit skeptical buying online at first however after researching pictures and reviews of previous customers I made the purchase.. The sofa came in 2 deliveries, I was aware as part of it was in back order but I didn’t mind the two separate deliveries.Material: The linen material gives such a fancy touch, soft and the color is beautiful!Cushions: The cushions are a mix of a piece of foam surrounded by a very thick feather comforter, it’s very comfortable definitely cloud sensation! I might sleep even better in the sofa than my own bed!Size: The sofa is pretty big, I love the size of each piece, larger than usually sofa, it makes it kinda unique. I highly recommend to measure your space so you pick the right combinaison. I also love how you can buy pieces separately and combine the sectional pieces too, I personally bought L shape + 1 ottaman.Sleeping needs: I didn’t want to get a regular sofa-bed however I was amazingly surprised with the shape I got I can easily accommodate a person to sleep on each side/corner.. its almost like two twin size beds and like I mentioned earlier very comfy!Assembly: The easiest assembly I ever deal with, its very logical, same for the covers, very fast assembly.Cleaning: I already cleaned cushions and covers. The covers I put in the washer and let them dry out, easy care. I spilled something on the cushion so I also had to clean the entire cushion too. I removed the linen cover first, then unzipped the cushion covers to remove the yellow foam square in the middle. I soaked the “comforter cushion” in my bathtub and then let it dry out. honestly I was amazed how easy I can clean this and this is wonderful because I have a pet and I’m very clumsy too!Customer service: Amazing customer service, responsive, they follow up with the order and quality of the product 100/10!Pictures: I put different angles and lighting

I think this might be the first review I’ve left for a product, but it is well deserved. I ordered the three piece plus the ottoman, and they came in four large boxes. One of the boxes was punctured, which I found later on that it actually went through the sofa. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it is the right under where the cushion is placed. I contacted the seller immediately to see what my options were. They offered either a partial refund for the piece, in addition to a replacement. Alternatively, I could select a refund for the full amount of the piece and keep the damaged piece. I opted for the second one, since I had gotten way ahead of myself and assembled the sofa already.As for the assembly part, it was not easy. I did do it alone, which contributed to the difficulty of putting it together. That being said, it is doable! The cushions are stuffed inside each of the modular sections, and I found that taking the cushions out were the hardest part. They were really crammed in there.Overall, I am sooo happy with how the couch turned out. It looks absolutely beautiful and is super comfortable to sit on. Great quality for the price! The customer service I received was just the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Good Enough
It’s easy enough to assemble and it is soft. It’s pretty comfortable. It works great for our family. Each section is pretty big. My only complaint about the couch itself is that you have to put holes in the fabric to put the little feet on. The instructions say this. They are also not very descriptive but it does include pictures to help you along.I didn’t give it 5 stars only because it took a couple weeks to get the product and it came all at different times. I got the couch 1/3 at a time.

Better than expected! Excellent price and quality.
My husband and I love this couch. I was nervous about ordering a couch from Amazon but this met all of our expectations. Another concern of mine was having a white couch. We do not have any kids or dogs but a white couch is still a bit of a gamble. However, the material is very easy to clean. We’ve had chocolate cake and cat vomit incidents— again, very easy to clean right back to bright white. It was relatively easy to put together after we figured everything out. I would definitely say you need two people to do so. Turning it into a bed and making a little nest for movie watching is one of our new fav weekend activities. The couch is very comfy and has been approved by all ages in the family!

Terrible, uncomfortable, not worth the price, awful customer service
BUYER BEWARE – This couch is a terrible dupe and not comfortable at all. You can feel the wooden frame when you sit on the couch. The cushions shift and do not stay in place. They are horribly uncomfortable and make a crunching noise when you sit on the cushions.When we reached out the seller, they recommended adding more cushions and sent pictures of how to do so — which means it must be a very common complaint. It’s also impossible to return the couch, because it arrives vacuum sealed so you cannot send it back in the original packaging. Seller was absolutely 0 help and does not stand by their product.This couch is absolutely not worth the money. Do not buy unless you want to get stuck with an uncomfortable piece of junk.

The Perfect Family Couch
The couch is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture. Three things I wish I knew before purchasing. 1. Your full package will come on two separate days. I received half the order two days ago and the last two boxes today. 2. The package is packed tight! I can’t stress that enough. The first couch me and my husband assembled took us twenty minutes because the cushions and pillows are packed so tightly together it feels like playing tug-of-war with our furniture. 3. You get what you paid for. It’s a beautiful imitation of a fancier couch but the wood parts do splinter slightly. The ottoman is great but you can see the “bones” whenever you lift it for storage. After that the couch is perfect, I have no regrets and I plan to purchase it again in the near future
