Great product, better customer service
There were so many similar handles to choose from and I understand now why this one receives so many 5 star reviews. First it’s a very large, thick, heavy, quality piece of hardware. It has a modern look with a wrought iron feel. It looks great on our door and matches our rail and wheel kit perfectly. What really impressed me is that the company offered us a free floor guide to keep the door from swinging outward that is also great quality (far better and easier to install than the one that came with our hanging kit) and THEN, they offered us a free privacy latch. They make sure to stay in touch with their customers, anticipated needs I hadn’t even thought of and are clearly very generous and excellent marketers. I’m happy to leave 5 star reviews for that kind of care and service. Of course, I can’t guarantee that you’ll receive those things, but I can say confidently that there are real people you can get in touch with, which is not always the case. Highly recommend.

Nice fit for style handle with little to no clearance inside.
Pole Barn with 16′ doors. Style outside needed was something that will hold up to weather. Inside I needed something like pocket style due to sliding door and clearance. This was an easy fit and install. I like the quality as well.
