I live in the Caribbean where there’s only sunshine and rain but yet still with full sun these solar lights only give an hour before it is completely died!!! Total failure and disappointment, I ordered 8 in all and regret it as the lights serve no purpose!!!

Turns on when your about 20 ft away. Bright enough to see you way and unlock your door, but not blind you. Installs it minutes. And its nice because someone walks up to your door it lights up so I know they are there before they knock.

I purchased this outdoor solar light because we always fumble for our phone flashlight every time we come home at night because we can’t see to put our keys in our door lock as we didnt have any lights by that door & we are so very happy with this purchase! The light was 3 different settings, which you can change easily by pressing the button. We use the 1st setting, the light stays off and then when it detects motion, it turns on the brighter light. As soon as we step onto our back porch, the light detects us and turns on right away, so no more trying to find our phone flashlight with arms full of groceries! I also appreciate the value and low price point of this solar light. It attached to the siding next to our back door very easily, and includes the right size screws to install it wherever you would like. This is a high quality light with a bright bulb so it serves its purpose very well. I would buy more of these in the future for other dark areas outside of our home that could use more light. I highly recommend this outdoor solar motion detection light.
