the loveseat is actually quite comfortable, I gave 4 stars because the color looks more like a charcoal color instead of black. We experienced some difficulty putting it together with the arms and some of the holes didn’t line up correctly. It was me and my 11 daughter who put it together and it took 1 hour and a half.
