Recieved defective then had to pay return postage
I like this pile driver for it’s lightweight and being 4 stroke. But after putting oil and gas in it, checking the lubrication and reading the book, I went to use it to find out it ran good (though slightly difficult to start) BUT DID NOT DRIVE THE POLE. I thought it was me but after lots of testing I found out the crank (where the grease cap is) was not hitting the metal which the post is hammered with. So I started to process to replace it to find out I would need to pay for return shipping. I was not offered the option of replacement of the defective one with another either. Needless to say I am not about to order another to pay return shipping again if that too is defective. It’s too bad the company operates this way. I could understand if I was returning a good unit for it shipping cost not cheap. But a defective one is another story.

Save your money! Complete garbageâ
Wonât start, leaks oil.The handle bends when I pull the start cord. And then locks up.No way of knowing that until I fueled it and filled it with oil. So I doubt theyâll take my return.Do not buy this!!!

Used and oil in packaged box
Product came used and the box had oil spilt in it. It took 3-4weeks + to get a refund. I would not recommend.
