Great product, but it keeps unfastening the drill or screwdriver bit when I put it in reverse. I try to tighten it as much as I can but it keeps unfastening. It is very frustrating.

I needed a new cordless screwdriver/drill to replace a previous one as the batteries no longer held a charge and purchasing a new one was more economical than buying a new battery. The big draw for this brand was that it came with TWO batteries. It’s a bit smaller than my previous cordless, but seems to have the same level of power. It comes with the two batteries, a charger (nice that the charger is just a cord–no bulky equipment) a nice canvas case, lots of screw heads and bits in their own small case, and even some screws. I got the projects that have been sitting here for a few weeks all done in short order, and I’m happy.

The drill is nice. Lightweight works good, but it has one problem. The bit keeps falling out the chuck.it don’t hold the bit and I keep losing bits, no matter how I tighten it a bit falls out when you’re using it other than that it works good, but the fact that the bit keeps falling out the chuck is the only problem so be careful when you’re using it because you’re gonna lose bits they fall out

I have always been a fan of cordless tools as corded one are usually too heavy for me. As a DIYER I’ve got many drills and I prefer this one over the others because of its competitive price.I tested this drill before using it on my home projects. Honestly , I was very imprssed with its performance.The first impression of this drill in hand is its light weight but it did deliver a lot of power. I tested its power on a 0.6″ plywood and 0.8″ solid wood board. It turned out that it has more than enough power to drill through those boards. I also used it to drill into drywalls without any problems at all.I do like the extra battery because I definitely hate when batteries give out on me. I can use the backup battery instead of waiting on charge.The build quality of this drill is great and it feels solid and strong. This drill has a half-metal half-plastic chuck, however I totally understand as in tools market all main manufacturers use this kind of chuck instead of a full metal one because of cost concers.But sometimes it would be very difficult to loosen or tighten a full-metal chuck, which can be a huge trouble for me.The drill and the accessories are well protected in a carrying bag with foam fillers, which is light weight and easy to carry and it keeps everything in order. Everyting was just in perfect condition on arrival even when the outer carton was a little bit damaged during the transportation.A huge plus is that it comes with a well-made tool bag. Even though this tool bag is only 13 inches, it’s spacious enough to hold all my frequestly used tools.This drill is just as good as my other brand ones but obviously it is better priced.Over all, good product, good service, fast sghipping, happy with this purchase. I give it a five-star and will defenitely recommend it anyone.
