My reclining chair quit working. Call for service which would cost $99.00 plus parts and chair would not be fixed for a least 2 weeks. We did more investigating and found the power cord was not working and the motor was fine so we order this cord and one day later, yes one day later not 2 weeks the chair is working good as new. The power card was exactly as advertised and was an exact fit for my chair. We are happy campers.

So, my wifes recliner power supply died, and we found this one online. Great deal, it’s exactly what we need right? Yes! Except, now, 32 days after I purchased it, the thing is dead as a doornail and won’t do anything. No lights, no connection, no power to the recliner. I swapped out my power supply for hers and the chair works, so we know it’s not the chair. But the new power supply failed 32 days after purchase. That’s just horrible.
