Great Value and Surprisingly Comfortable!
I recently purchased this GNMLP2020 loveseat recliner sofa in beige, and I’m honestly impressed by how much I love it for the price. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take too long—everything fit together well, and the instructions were clear.The leather-like upholstery feels soft and durable, and the modern design fits perfectly in my living room. What I really appreciate is the dual manual recliner feature—it operates smoothly and doesn’t require too much effort to kick back and relax.The seat cushions strike a nice balance between firm and comfortable, offering great support for lounging or watching a movie. It’s not bulky, so it fits well even in tighter spaces like an apartment or RV. The side pockets are a bonus for storing remotes or magazines.Overall, this is a fantastic loveseat for the price. Perfect for my tiny apartment!!
Perfect for my tiny apartment!It is so super comfy and the reclining feature is very sturdy.It was incredibly easy to put together, no screwing/hammering/drilling required, just slide the two bases together and then slide the two back rests on and you’re done.Both sides were delivered in separate boxes and they arrived together at the same time. The seller reached out after I placed the order to make me aware of the separate boxes AND they provided both tracking numbers for each box in case one box was delayed.Thank you again, I am so going to nap hard on this.

Nice loveseat
This is a very nice small love seat recliner. It seems to be made of good materials, and I suspect it will last a long time. It is made for small spaces, so it is hard to compare to normal sized loveseats. It looks great, and sits well. I did have a problem with one of the seat backs where it would not properly snap into place. I contacted seller and they sent me a replacement part that fixed the issue. Actually, I wasn’t sure if the seat or the seat back was the problem, so they sent both. I tried the seat back first and it fixed the problem, so I returned the seat with a pre-paid label. Overall, I am pleased with the loveseat and it fit my space nicely. I only gave 4 starts because of the problem with the seat back, and that it took a couple of weeks to get the problem fixed. One other thing is the packing. The original boxes were damaged, but there was no visible problem with the product so I didn’t make a issue out of it. There is no cushioning between the box and the product except a thin layer of bubble type wrapping. Packing could be improved. Overall, I am please with the product and the attention given when I reported the problem.

Past assembly problems
A few reviews cited problems in aligning the two recliner units sufficiently to be able to use the provided screws to connect them together. Apparently this company listens and has improved that process. It is now a simple matter of matching two studs on the bottom rail of one unit with the matching slots on the other. Easy! No screws or bolts to worry about.We have not put this unit to actual use in our RV yet, but it is installed and we did test it. Seems to be great! Can’t wait for our first trip!

Poor workmanship and worse customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would.I bought this item almost a month ago. When it came it did not have the correct parts on it. There are two parts on the base that are supposed to connect the two sides together. One is male and one is female. Well, ours came with two female parts. I contacted costumer service. After jumping through their hoops and sending them multiple pictures, they agreed to send me the correct parts so I could fix it myself. Thinking it was just a matter of screwing in a couple of screws, I agreed. Two and a half weeks later, the part came. The screws were so tight, they were nearly impossible to take on and off. With much difficulty we did manage to switch the parts.However, after going through all of that, the parts still would not connect. The frame of the chairs stuck out too far on both sides so that we couldn’t get the male and female sides close enough to fit together. I again contacted customer service. The his time, they wanted a video. I’m not sure what they wanted exactly.Anyhow, after much finagling, I was able to get the back connection to go together but not the front. Needless to say, this did not put the sides in the correct position to come together.The chair itself is comfortable enough, but the quality and workmanship is poor to say the least. I am going to try to attach pictures. My suggestion is that if you are considering this loveseat, to spend the extra money and get something else. I am going to attempt to return this, but I am not hopeful that will work and I’m sure I will have to pay for return shipping. We’ll see.EDIT: I did finally get a full refund and did not have to pay shipping on the defective item.

Great recliner for the money
I love my new loveseat recliner! It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. The price was great, and it is small and light enough for my RV.

male to male connections between right recliner and middle piece
Received this with 2 male attachments from right recliner (if you are standing in front looking at it) and middle section. I contacted seller and they asked for pictures but I don’t know how to send them pictures other than from here. The couch is great if we can get this fixed i will change to 4 starts.
