Reasonable light
If I had payed attention to the discription I wouldn’t have been surprised at the small, compact size of this light.It charges at a reasonable rate in full sunlight and even during overcast days.The light output is enough to get the area lit to see what’s going on.After several weeks outside, it is holding up well. I plan on buying more to illustrate the backyard.

Distance sensing and the wireless remote
Bought the two pack for my back home wall. Installed at 12ft and 16ft off the ground facing south on a wall that has no soffit/overhang.. Live in Florida. Sun shines on these most of day. I also placed them in a window to get charged [just in case] for two days with direct sun. Installed, remote only works when I either am directly under them INDIVIDUALLY with my arm extended towards the light – although only separated by about 16 ft. Been on my ladder three times with remote/pressing the back button until remote works, outdoors at night, trying to get them to come on running between them and using the remote – no satisfaction. Just cam back in after doing all of this once again. When I can get them to respond, ON does not stay on, Mode selection causes them to briefly flash – reduced light output. I am stumped. May just buy other lights and relocate these lower or mount on a tree……..I am updating my review – leaving the original above to explain my consternation. I am now happy. I do not know what happened, two nights they did not work, then I decided to go outside with the ladder [at night] and before I could place the ladder – the lights came on! Went in the house, lights went off, then I walked out and the lights cane on – tried again at 5:45AM this morning -they came ON! So magically they work with no changes on my part. Yes, I had “precharged” the batteries by placing the lights for two days of sunshine before mounting. They worked fine in the house at night when testing. Did not work outside – but now do. So if you have any issue, try waiting a day or two once mounted – I am not superstitious, but…….

So small but usable.
Theses are super tiny. I expected two boxes and got one. They are about 1/4 of the size as the one I had that was destroyed in the hurricane. I was amazed at how small they were.

SECOND SET – Love these lights
They are bright and can be focused in multiple directions.Remote control – what a great idea! It beats pulling the ladder out of the garage to adjust the setting and…bringing my reading glasses to possibly help decipher the tiny markings. Helpful on windy nights, if you want to turn off.Going to purchase more. Excellent standby gift. Who could not use a solar powered bright light, somewhere around their property or camper. They stand up well (on flat surface) on the base. The price pushes my rating at a 5++

Price was right, quality is not
The work but, despite being LED, all melted the first summer I used them. And particles from the lights fell on my vehicle. I would not recommend.

Very bright light
Exactly what I needed for the side yard. Definitely recommend it for uninvited prowlers.

I would not buy again
These are quite dim unless the bright turns on, and they will not stay on the correct setting. They also do not last very long. I returned them becasue they did not work as well as stated

Nice Lights
I’ve had them up for about 6 months and they work great. Sensitive, decent charge, and ample light to ward off strangers. It’s been in the low teens at night, below freezing during the day and they are still working without issue.
