The product is a plastic material. It can’t hold anything with any weight to it. It sloped downward after one day of holding a video game console. We checked the anchors and they were secure. It’s the quality of the shelf that’s an issue. If you are only setting very light decor on this it might be fine. Looks nice enough. But even a candle will likely give you the same results we had. Look for something sturdier.

The shelves themselves are nice enough, still particle board but okay. the brackets could have been a little thicker steel and not as springy, more sturdy for being larger depth 12 inch deep shelves. Overall a good pick.

These shelves appear to be constructed well, but the cheap metal brackets that hold them to the wall cause the shelves to move or bounce when any weight is applied. The metal they used is not very solid and it bends easily. I had to buy a shelf bracket from local hardware store and install underneath the shelf for adequate support.
