All of them are super great and super sharp. Fantastic craftsmanship. My only note would be that one of the blades shifts slightly in the hilt of the handle.

What a beautiful knife set! I just recieved this and i am so impressed. I was a little unsure of what to expect considering the price was so reasonable but I was so impressed, I immediately ordered another set as a gift. The knives look well crafted and the edge is razor sharp. Nice weight and feel. A nicer, real leather case would be nice, but I mean come on, for this price! I’ll update this later after I have a chance to really use them. See what kind of edge retention they have. This is just a quick review on my initial thoughts.

Great weight and blade material, poorly sharpened with barbs
The knives out of the box were sharp enough to shave with. Unfortunately when the we’re sharpened they did not go all the way to the tip of the blade causing barbs on the tips of all 3 knives. The smallest knife dropped about 8 inches down onto my countertop from a magnetic knife bar and it folded the tip at almost a perfect 90 degree angle. The largest knife seems to have the best weight and balance and I likely won’t use the other two because of the awkward shape. It’s not ergonomic for cooking or prepping large amounts of food and especially not in a professional setting. The metal will rust expeditiously if you do not wash and dry the knife immediately after use. Overall the value is worth the purchase and the quality is above anything you can buy retail at even double the price. File the barbs, re hoan the blades and take a little extra care with them and it’s a great bang for your buck when you’re looking for elevated quality from standard box store kitchen knives.

Fantastic Purchase
I will address the packing oil question first- itâs to keep the blades from getting any surface corrosion/rust while they are sitting before shipping- just wash it off before use. These knives are sharp and heavy! I cook a lot and they have held up well. I have cut on a variety of surfaces and I definitely would recommend buying if youâre thinking about it. I have cut directly on my cast iron top, wood cutting boards, pizza stone, and concrete outdoor countertops. With all that said the edges have remained intact and sharp. **Disclaimer** I do NOT recommend cutting on hardened surfaces I.E. stone/concrete/cast iron. Iâm just give honest use of the knives, as they live in a big outdoor kitchen and are used a lot. Care- just washed and dried after each use and I wipe them with good quality olive oil, OR I spray them with PAM cooking spray. As for being sharp, be careful and keep away from kids and inexperienced people- definitely not a toy as they are sharp. The heft makes it easy to cut. Overall a good knife set that is very inexpensive- have ordered 2 more sets as gifts. Hope the review helped

These knives are very sharp right out of the box. They work very well. They Look really cool. I recommend this set if you need an upgrade. This is the only set of knives that youâll need.

Very cool looking and sharp. I can finally cut a tomato without crushing it. Iâve only had them a week, theyâre the only knives I use and so far are doing really good.

Excellent Buy!!!
I bought these 3 knives and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and sharpness of these awesome knives. First of all, you better know what you’re doing with these knives because they are razor sharp. So sharp that when I try to scrap what I just cut off the cutting board, the blade wants to cut the cutting board. I am well trained with knives, but still nicked my finger, but it wasn’t too bad. But for chopping veggies and meats and anything else. You cannot find a better set of knives!
