Welds are broken and bent that keep the cushions in place. All 3 metal pieces were like this, not just one. UPDATE: after getting in contact with the seller they provided replacement parts right away and were very kind. Other than the original difficulty I really enjoy this sofa. It is convenient for my apartment and is also very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking at it.

I looked for a few weeks to find the right sofa bed. It arrived in a large heavy box so be sure to have someone else help you move it. It became fully uncompressed when I opened the lining. I didn’t have to wait days for it to uncompress like I had read in other reviews. Very comfortable and looks good in my guest room. Covers can be unzipped for washing, great feature. I like the nonslip texture on the bottom of mattress and armrests. The one star deduction is that I thought these were two separate mattresses so I could use them independently but they are not. Linked together by fabric on one side.

Got this for our tweens boys rec room and love it. We decided not to use the metal pieces that come with the sofa so that when it gets moved around it won’t scratch up the walls or floors. It’s perfect. The boys flop on it and has kept its shape.Folds down and back super easily. They use it to lounge on or it gets used when a friend stays overnight. It’s really nice to have a spot to offer their friends instead of them just sleeping on the floor. It’s a great size. I am very happy with this purchase!

I was hesitant to buy a couch on Amazon, but I am pleasantly surprised. The couch is firm and comfortable. Easy to convert into a bed. Over all a good buy for the price. Looks nice as well and does not slide around on my flooring.

I love this couch, it’s soft to the touch (it’s almost corduroy) it’s firm enough to not sink in but still feels like a memory foam situation. I like it because my apartment is set up in a weird way where the couch has to be in the middle of the room. It’s not a very tall couch but sitting on it my knees are at a 90 degree angle so not too low to the ground. I am 5’6 for reference.
