Cheap materials and appearance. Horrible customer service
Material is very cheap and different from the pictures on listing. seller makes you return at your expense. With the weight of this product the cost of return was more than the original price. So I was forced to keep it in spite of my disappointment and dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t order such heavy stuff from this seller and from Amazon lest encountering this problem again.

Nice functional sofa for basement rec room TV & movies
The 4 seater with console + flip fit perfectly into my basement. It arrived in two shipments 4+1. Box-E was a strange one, somewhat difficult with the rest of the assembly due to height differences, but somehow managed it by propping up the other chairs & console using furniture pads. It’s not perfect quality, but works great for my purpose. Quite a bit of features for the price. Our family likes it so far and my wife is considering that we should get the same style 3 version. ASIN B0FH1KFK3H. The seller reps have been very helpful and answering all questions before ordering and during setup.
