This is a great table for its unbeatable price! I was looking at 3 different tables at different price points for a while but decided to give this one a try due to its significantly lower price yet specifications seemed very similar to much more expensive tables. When it arrived, the color looked a bit darker and more orangy than I wanted(I wanted a natural white oak table to match my white oak floors exactly) but I still decided to assemble it and see how it would look and feel in my kitchen. And it surprised me! It actually looks better than it would if it matched my floors exactly because it would just disappear in the floor, instead it pops just the right amount! The finish also feels a bit plasticky since it is not a regular wood stain coating but a more durable finish that would keep your table surface practically indestructible. We have small kids and I also put hot dishes on it because I don’t like busy look of placemats and it is holding up great so far. Finally it is comfortable to sit at it. We have one leaf in at all times which is perfect for a family of 4, plus grandparents occasionally visit us. The distance from the edge to the base is 9.25” which is a standard distance for pedestal tables. My husband is 6’4” and he doesn’t find this table uncomfortable. Finally, I like the storage this table provides, I keep my dining stuff like napkins and table clothes and placemats in there. Conclusion is that this table is a great value for its price. It has both, a look and a function. And I don’t stress over it the way I would if I got a much more expensive competitor table. But again, if you can afford a more expensive one, you might get a slightly better quality materials like a solid wood with more natural finish, but everything else is practically identical-the size, the storage, the expendability. I highly recommend this table to anyone who is looking for aesthetics and function at an affordable price!

I was pleased with the company as the table arrived very quickly and was easy for my daughter and I to assemble. She did use her electric screwdriver to assemble it and not the tool that they gave. It would have been a lot more difficult to assemble and taken a lot longer otherwise. I did not give it 5 stars because before purchasing I had asked Rufus about the leaves and Rufus claimed that they were stored in the table which is not the case. The leaves that you don’t use have to be stored elsewhere. However, it is very easy to add and remove the leaves. The storage is nice to have but it is difficult to get to some of the items on the sides because of how the door opens. The table looks beautiful and I am very pleased.
