Update…..Bought two of these in December 2024 and the RGB lighting on one of them has already died. I really like these ceiling fans, but parts of them should not be dying within the first 90 days. Not impressed with the quality so far!

Simple installation, but the video is much better than the printed instructions
First one was missing a part so I returned it. Amazon immediately sent a replacement. The installation video makes it very easy. The printed instructions are not up to date with the way the wiring is done (much easier now) and not really clear, so watch the video. Our old fans had separate wall switches for the light and the fan (two separate hot wires) so you have to abandon one with a wire nut. The wall switch for the light is now non-functional (dummy switch). Helpful hint: when mounting the hanging bracket to the box, remove the wiring buss on the side so you can properly access the mounting bolts. Then re-install it. Much more modern with led lighting that is adjustable and no more getting on a ladder to reach the switch it reverse the direction.
