This were very easy to put together. Love how they look. I did add an extra coat of stain as the scratches from putting them together were visable.

Too bad it’s useless without any Quality Control in the packaging department. Bought one, started assembly before noticing wrong part. Tried to just get the missing part from Amazon/ vendor. Nope. Too complicated for them. So they sent another 100 pound box. Unfortunately the replacement came, identically packed and missing the identical same part. Seems this company thought of everything …Except the packaging quality control guy!

After watching many videos and looking at many pics. I put in a 1×9 inch header above the old door frame. This ended up adding the stability to support the hanger bar and door. The problem. It caused a gap between the old door trim and the new door. Had to add a wood strip to each side of the door to fill the gap. I also bought a handle for each side and a latch since I used it for the bathroom. Upon staining the trim to fill the gap. Stained the door frame as well. Love the door

This barndoor was purchased to go in our living room doorway to the bedroom. We have a new barndominium and all our wood is stained with beautiful grain showing. That was what the pictures of this door looked like, but definitely not what we received. It is just flat brown and not attractive at all. No wood grain showing. The materials all seem as advertised – good quality, assembly was easy as stated and received the door with no damage in a timely manner. Just extremely disappointed in the color.
