Nicer than expected.
This is a very nice shelf and was fairly easy to put together. The shelves are solid and think and the metal sides are fairly sturdy. It is a nice looking shelf.

Looks Great
I bought two of these bookcases. They are well constructed and look great. The first one was a little difficult to assemble, but that could have been because my wife was giving me instructions. The second one assembled much easier because the wife went shopping.

Beautiful This bookcase was just what I was looking for- iron with wood. The wooden shelves are sturdy and heavier than I expected and it was a breeze to put together (<15 mins). My only complaint is where the black bars connect/ link to one another with screws- as you can see by the pic, the screws are visible from the front of the shelving unit, not on the side. The two pieces connect, but, not seamlessly. It's not noticeable to others, but it is when up close. If the screw was on the side and/or less noticeable, I'd love it even more. Since I'm the only one that will probably notice that part, it really is a great piece; I'd buy again if I need a second bookshelf.

Beautiful WOOD shelves
This bookcase was the perfect design for its space. Functional & stylish, not over-bearing, not too small to be useful. Height/width are perfect, the metal is nice and smooth, the wood shelves are beautiful & a nice thickness; & itâs not too heavy and bulky to move around as desired! Always difficult to find real wood in an affordable, on-point look, but this one checked all my boxes!

Very sturdy once assembled
The contents of the box were well packaged with all components logically arranged and easily removed. All items were present and accounted for. I had to do a vertical assembly, in lieu of the floor mounted method as I didn’t have the space on the floor to assemble it. The assembly went well, however, it was more difficult putting it together in the vertical position. I don’t understand the purpose of the x bracing. It adds nothing to the overall strength of the unit. It was a pain in the neck to assemble and all I can recommend is do not overtighten the screws and lock washers as it will skew the unit in different directions warping the assembly, making it very difficult to put the shelves on. Leave the x part snug but not tightly on. After the shelves are screwed on, the unit is very sturdy. The unit has a nice look once finished and fills the space I have it installed very nicely.

Met all expectations
After a long search for just the right sized bookshelf and right look for my office, I found this one and am so pleased. It was well-made, all parts were there, the instructions were clear and the finished product just what I wanted. Such a solid and simple but attracive piece of furniture for my home office. Would definitely buy again with no reservations.
