Absolutely love this purchase and believe it or not it was easier to install than I thought it would be. After installation, I programmed our codes and I didnât think I would use the fingerprint function at all. But let me tell you how impressed I am with this feature! In less than 3 seconds, I can unlock my front door. (Learning curve on programming fingerprint⦠when asked to put in code: put your thumb on the fingerprint reader. It will keep asking (move finger/thumb around) when it approves your print, just exit out (instructions were not clear, hope this helps)

Easy to install and set up
I’m really happy with this purchase. I had never installed a door lock on my own and I was able to follow the directions and successfully do so. For a cost less than a locksmith coming to change my keys, I have an upgraded lock! I love the fingerprint feature and turns out I love the code feature as a back up to the fingerprints. I’ve found that the finger prints aren’t as reliable as I’d hope (hence the 4 stars) and I think it’s because of the cold. It seems that might be the case but I won’t know until it warms up. So for now I’m using the code and I’ll update the review if I find that it starts recognizing them again in the better temps. Otherwise I can just re program them on a regular basis. Since that isn’t ideal so I’m going to see if I can figure out the reason by waiting. The code works great so that is good enough for me. Aesthetically this looks great and it feels very sturdy and solid.

The product came packaged well and on time. The lock was super easy to install and the setup was straight forward, it even talks you through it. The fingerprint reader is fast, and the keypad has a nice texture to the buttons. I chose this lock in specific as I have people in the family that were worried about the lock getting hacked through WiFi or Bluetooth, but this has neither and they approve.

Where is the app! This tech need an app. ð. Took my fingerprintssss without programming them. Instructions are not working. I’m so disappointed. Install was easy. I will try to reset for the 5th time. I lost my mind and had to step away.

After installing the lock I setup my personal code and my fingerprint. Initially it would not unlock. I opened it manually and tested it and then it locked and unlocked as expected. A couple of days later when I came to open the door it was again saying “Secure Lock is on” and only allowing me to enter with the programming code.Verdict: It’s cheap and doesn’t work properly. Why even have a lock that I can’t open when I need to open it.
