First, it works well and looks very elegant.However, the installation was very difficult and challenging. I do not think the size of the mounting bracket that put up on the ceiling was US standard, it just could not be attached directly to the existing bracket. We had to buy a Universal metal board at Home Depot then used it in between the mounting bracket of this package and the existing bracket inside of the ceiling. It’s not easy to figure it out how to make it work.Also, the wire came out short, it’s true to the rod size but it’s not US standard where the wire always longer than the rod so that you would be able to exchange to a longer rod when needed.

**Update** So far their customer service is incredible. I believe I just didn’t have all the parts. So take my review as possibly just my order. -Hate leaving any bad reviews but these fans. Guuys, I couldn’t explain how bad, might as well been from temu. Do not buy this! Instructions were horrible. And we could not get the light to work fan doesn’t go In reverse like stated. Weird noise when it stops circulating. I have messaged them yesterday but nothing back so far. Unfortunately I got 2 of these things, not worth throwing your money in a shredder. Hopefully I hear back sooner rather then later so I could show it has been resolved.
